**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravn Sebastian E. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

I like how easy it was to use Cloudflare One (SASE) and create a site with Claude AI. It's very convenient to set up GA4 integration and Tag Manager. It's also very cool that there's a good free version available. The integrations and ease of setup are standout features for me. Buying a domain was effortless using Cloudflare. It helped me to set up Google Analytics to view real-time data and more user data, and connecting the Tag Manager was just a flick of a button, making setting up tags and tracking very good. I found it very easy to get started, even though it has a bit of an advanced or techy feel, everything was all good.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Don’t have a lot there very happy but if there would be one thing maybe the navigation within the platform and perhaps their messaging in the newsletters etc, it’s very advanced maybe especially for people new to websites, marketing and digital

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find setting up Google Analytics and Tag Manager with Cloudflare One (SASE) easy, providing real-time data effortlessly. Integrations and domain purchasing are simple. They offer a good free version, making it accessible.

  ### 2. Unified Security and Networking Made Effortless with Cloudflare

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahsan Y. | Customer Account Manager, Legal Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

I like that Cloudflare’s SSE & SASE platform brings multiple security and networking tools into one unified system. It’s especially helpful that everything runs on Cloudflare’s global network, so performance stays fast while security policies are enforced consistently. The platform makes zero-trust access, secure web gateways, DNS filtering, and threat detection much easier to manage from a single dashboard. The biggest upsides are the simplified administration, strong security coverage, reduced latency, and the ability to scale without needing a lot of extra hardware or complex configurations.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

I dislike that some Cloudflare SSE & SASE features still feel newer and less mature than long-established competitors, and the dashboard can be confusing when you’re first learning it. Policy setup sometimes takes more steps than expected, and certain advanced integrations or detailed documentation aren’t always as complete as they could be.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudflare’s SSE and SASE platform addresses the challenge of securing users, devices, and applications without the need for slow VPNs or complicated on-premises hardware. It unifies Zero Trust access, web filtering, threat protection, and traffic inspection within a single system, which has helped me reduce the number of separate tools I need to oversee. Since everything runs on Cloudflare’s global network, both remote and on-site users experience improved performance, and security policies remain consistent. In summary, it streamlines operations, accelerates access, and enhances security throughout the organization.

  ### 3. Efficient and Seamless Security with SSE and SASE Platform(but have steep learning curve)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash P. | Software engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

What I appreciate most about Cloudflare’s SSE and SASE platform is the way it streamlines security, making it both straightforward and efficient. Since everything operates on Cloudflare’s global network, users remain protected no matter where they are, and there’s no noticeable decrease in speed.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

One aspect I find challenging about Cloudflare’s SSE and SASE platform is its initial complexity, particularly when configuring advanced policies or integrating with other systems. Additionally, since some features are still being developed, the documentation and support sometimes fall behind.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudflare SSE & SASE addresses challenges related to secure access, data protection, and network performance. By offering Zero Trust access, a secure web gateway, and threat protection within a single platform, it eliminates the need for traditional VPNs and various point solutions. For me, this means security is easier to manage, users remain protected no matter where they are, and both speed and reliability are enhanced.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave L. | Senior Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

What I like best is how they are like the gate-keeper. Their interface is easy to use and understand. We've needed no customer support. Even with the firewall and security rules that can be implemented. The caching and speed tests are a bonus as well.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The limitations for the free plan. Don't get me wrong it's great as is, but wish there was more. Cloudflare's customer support isn't the greatest, but the community forums more than make up for it.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloudflare One (SASE):**

Definitely jump in. You have nothing to lose.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudflare is serving as one of our first lines of defense. The free plan is doing so much to protecting our sites it's great, between firewall rules, distributed network and caching, and protecting against DDoS and bots, it's more than we expected when we first signed up for the services.

  ### 7. Excellent SASE Platform - Dev based

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca P. | Chief Operations Officer DEQUA Studio | Formerly CTO in MarTech, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Cloudflare One has impressed me as a comprehensive SASE solution that combines industry leadership with genuine developer-friendly features. As a recognized leader in multiple Gartner and IDC reports, the platform delivers enterprise-grade security without the typical complexity barriers.

The generous free tier supporting up to 50 users with full SASE capabilities is remarkable - complete ZTNA, SWG, and CASB functionality without artificial limitations. This removes the usual cost barrier for small teams and startups needing enterprise security.

Developer experience stands out through comprehensive APIs and the same programmable architecture developers know from Cloudflare’s other services. The unified control plane manages security policies alongside application delivery without vendor switching.

Performance leverages Cloudflare’s massive network footprint, they’re within 50ms of 95% of internet users and proxy 20% of web traffic. This translates to minimal latency impact when routing through their security stack, crucial for maintaining developer productivity.

The unified architecture runs the complete security stack on every point of presence across 300 cities globally. Unlike competitors who stitch together acquired solutions, this homegrown approach ensures consistent performance and seamless integration between all SASE components.

Technical capabilities include remote browser isolation, certificate-based mTLS for IoT devices, comprehensive logging with SIEM integration, and strong API security support for modern cloud-native architectures.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The learning curve can be steep when transitioning from traditional network security to Zero Trust architecture. While documentation is extensive, the platform’s breadth requires time to understand optimal configuration patterns.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Developer productivity improved significantly because security policies now follow applications rather than requiring separate network configurations per environment. Teams deploy with consistent security controls across development, staging, and production.

  ### 30. Area1 Security is a comprehensive Email security solution for the enterprise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach B. | Security Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Area1 has been an essential tool for us defending from email attacks. We are also regularly given reports that let us know about targeted phishing campaigns against key users in our organization.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The status of the deployment can be hard to fully track down at times. The web UI has some information but it is limited as far as which sites/locations are using Area1. Would like more metrics on how to track usage.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Area1 is our primary solution and our first line of defense against malicious emails. Phishing is the primary and easiest method of attack in the current cyber security environment, so a thorough and reliable solution is mission critical.

  ### 31. Amazing experience as a beginner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PRAISY S. | Senior Consultant - Package Implementation ORACLE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

It replaces your normal VPN with our massive global network. Unlike other VPN it deliver a more seamless, low-latency access way for your users to interact with your apps.Give your administrators detailed visibility and precise control over who should use your internal tools. Seting up VPN is quite difficult process but cloud fare zero trust is very smooth onboarding. Documentation is very to follow.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

I find bit difficult to move on from older application and switch to cloudflare zero security. But once you started using this to secure your system. There is no going back. It is super secure and safe.
And I find the total cost bit expensive.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growing security risks have prompted companies to move away from virtual private networks (VPNs) in favor of a zero-trust model.Zero Trust security states that no one is trusted by default, either from inside or outside the network, and that everyone attempting to access network resources must provide proof of their identity. Data breaches have been found to be prevented by this additional layer of security. this feature is highly helpful to us.

  ### 32. Area1 - Secure & easy to configure tool for your emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Most of the configuration settings at one place.
Amazing support - dedicated account manager

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Automated suggestions based on the attack pattern will add charm to the tool. Right now customer need to decide on the configuration, but suggestions will help in long run

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Area1 is my company's email gateway; most configuration settings and domain monitoring are happening on this tool. It detects phishing email and add banners to such emails.

  ### 33. Easy to use and functions the way it should!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishi G. | Data Mining Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

It's genuinely easy to configure and set up. Features like authentication for automated services are time-saving, and there's no response delay after setting up the service. Logs are easy to read and they come with a variety of useful information. Moreover, the UI/UX part of the service is also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The standard model doesn't include features like "Editable IP network locations and Logpush to SIEM/cloud storage" which I believe should be part of it as it seems reasonable for the pricing which is part of the standard model.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloudflare One (SASE):**

If you're fine with the limited activity logging, go for the standard model. It's enough for small-scale products.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apart from securing the network which is the primary motive, Cloudflare's zero-trust service comes with reasonable pricing that encompasses enough features which acted as a huge remedy for the development costs.

  ### 34. Good security tool for protection from Internet threats

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raunak G. | Product Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Simplicity with which it helps in preventing data loss, malware & phishing, and the way it protects the on-site and remote workers systems. Its also very easy to setup.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Not much to dislike. Cloudflare Zero Trust is like the best provider in this field in the market. Also, it requires significant tech know-how to critique Cloudflare Zero Trust and I am not in a position to provide such critique.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During covid, remote work became extensively popular and we needed a solution to increase safety of the remote users systems (because they were using their personal networks). Cloudflare Zero Trust helped us with this and it was ready to go within a couple of days.

  ### 35. Excellent security and tunneling services, for free!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

I can set up role-based access rules and access tunnels for my internal/private web applications. The problem of DDoS and bruteforce attacks towards our authentication system have been solved.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The access tunnel software lacks an auto-update feature. It can be improved by adding zero-downtime automatic update so that we do not have to install updates manually on all our servers.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zero Trust has helped protect our internal websites from unauthorized access and attacks. It has saved our servers' running costs and improved our system security.

  ### 36. Cloudflare Zero Trust for Enterprises

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil G. | QA Cybersecurity Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Cloudflare Zero Trust is the complete package/solution to make the Network more secure and their solution covers that complete network with DLP, email security, isolation browsing, protection of on-prem and internet application with firewall, IDS, and IPS enabled plus it also provides continuous monitoring and alerting

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Cloudflare Zero Trust is a good solution but the initial set-up is time-consuming and also complex and plug and play integration is limited as compared to other solutions

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudflare Zero Trust provides overall services to implement the Zero Trust model and their support is also good plus it covers complete environment network devices, applications, endpoint security, etc..

  ### 37. Phishing Prevention Done Right!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

I like that Area1 is taking the guesswork away from our users on what is Spam. The ability to configure how suspicious mail is treated prior to reaching our user's inboxes is key in preventing phishing attacks.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

I would like the ability for more granular roles and permissions. When we have an incident that needs to be analyzed, potentially by our Cybersecurity team, I would like to provision access solely to the email(s) in question as opposed to the whole platform.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have significantly reduced the number of phishing emails that end up in our user's inboxes. This has a positive trickle-down effect, as users are forwarding fewer suspicious emails to our Cybersecurity team which allows them the ability to focus on other tasks.

  ### 38. Area 1 Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

the design and results of the application as well as the customer support. Both are top notch.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The company is pretty helpful all around. If you want me to pick something then it would be the time difference (EST vs PST) when I need them.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloudflare One (SASE):**

I would recommend that you try a proof of concept with this product. New console interface is great!

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Naturally, it adds another layer of security to our email infrastructure. The product is catching stuff that our current Proofpoint systems is missing. A big plus on the reason we purchased this product and have been using it for a good few years now.

**Official Response from Christina Warner:**

> Thank you so much for your positive feedback and review! We appreciate you and your business, and we're so happy to provide another layer of security to your email infrastructure and continue to protect your business. Thank you again!

  ### 39. Area 1 email security -

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

We're a small IT department - it's been great to set Area 1 up and just let it run. It hasn't required a lot of tweaking and tuning but has done a great job of reducing our spam, bulk, and especially phishing email count.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Mostly due to the fact that we don't do a lot of tweaking it's sometimes a chore to dig thru menus and found specific settings.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented Area1 to help with phishing emails and it's done a great job stopping those. Along with that its cut our spam and bulk mail wayyyyy down also - win!

  ### 40. Best for organizations that want network security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh k. | Head of SEO - Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

As we are using standard plan, ot includes several features like secure web gateway, zero trust network access etc which helps to reduce risk and secure connectivity.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

They can improve their zero trust dashboard further to improve the user experience. Apart from that, till now I don't find any cons till now. Will update on it in future if found one.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By implementing this service in our remote working culture, it has eliminated the risk of security breach and all other network attacks problem.

  ### 41. Incredibly good product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The variety of the functions and the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The Zero Trust Dashboard is not bad regarding intuitiveness, so I don't need to look up the documentation every time I want to do a new thing, but the learning curve was a bit steep.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to implement authentication in my own infrastructure, and I can leverage Cloudflare's DDoS protection and firewalling capabilities at the same time. I'm using it for my HomeLab setup.

  ### 42. Area 1 is a great email security tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Area one adds another great layer of defense to your email security tools. The team is always great with communication and helps mitigate any concerns we bring to them in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

there is nothing that I can write here at this time. all concerns have been handled with care.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Area one helps us to eliminate the malicious emails before they reach our employee's mailboxes. Email is the number one threat vector and it must be properly secured.

  ### 43. Comprehensive review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Decent detections, url models for reputation, good dashboard, good backstop to other solutions

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

more advanced threat campaign tracking, malware specific reporting on major threats, APT breakouts/reporting

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

making sure nothing slips through our primary email security solution.

  ### 44. CF 0 trust assesment

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sankalp B. | Solutions Architect II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The holistic approach towards 0 trust. Especially the email protection part

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Data leakage prevention feature is not as effective as the industry wide solutions

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudflare is addressing network and enterprise security issues.

  ### 45. Area 1 Horizon - Phishing Protection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

I like the ease of installation and configuration of Area 1 Horizon. It was very quick to get up and running.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Some elements of the GUI could be designed to flow a little better or be built for better visibility.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloudflare One (SASE):**

I highly recommend Area 1 Horizon Phishing Security. It is incredibly easy to implement and the Admin console is easy to navigate. The implementation team was very easy to work with.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We introduced Area 1 to our environment as second-tier protection from phishing attacks and malicious emails. (In addition to our existing Barracuda Spam filter.) We have had very good results and have seen much cleaner mailboxes going forward.

**Official Response from Christina Warner:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We are always enhancing and improving our product and product features! Stay tuned for some exciting new product enhancements. Thank you!

  ### 46. Area1 blocks much of the spam that Google doesn't catch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg W. | IT Support Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

The dashboard is easy to understand and I love that the numbers increase while you're watching. Cool enough to display on a big screen to show that it's working!

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

When we do get spam messages and we forward them to the email address that is supposed to add them to the machine learning algorithm, we still get copies of the same email. I wish there was a way to prevent any more from coming immediately.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Google Workspace for our email. Google does identify and prevent a lot of spam. Some of the phishing emails are too smart for Google, though. Area1 helps prevent these from getting through. We had a single incident where a phishing email was successful and it cost us a lot more than Area1 does. Definitely a good preventive measure.

**Official Response from Christina Warner:**

> Hi Greg! Thank you so much for your feedback and review. We are so lucky to have customers like you! We work very hard to make sure you have the best and seamless experience. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  ### 47. Area1 review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton B. | information security officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Area1 detects complex threats like malicious binaries inside password-protected archives.
The interface is very intuitive. API capabilities are rich. The detection to noise ratio is great.
The subject line and email body modification proved to be very useful in order to notify end users about the detected threats. It's very easy to deploy protection for new domains.
Business Email Compromise capabilities are rich. Area1 easily integrates with GSuite directory to detect BEC attempts against any member of the org.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Price model. Not all features are supported with GSuite.
Reporting functionality is lacking customization.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloudflare One (SASE):**

Totally recommended to consider Area1.
It scored better than any other solution we've tried.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Targeted phishing and anti-spam are the main ones.
We decreased the number of phishing and spam messages getting into the inbox almost to 0.
The intuitive interface helped the SOC team to lower time to react and improve overall KPI.
Full email headers and email rendering improve the quality of the SOC analyst's decisions.
Spoofed email detection allowed us to find multiple misconfigured marketing platforms used by our sales team and adjust our DMARC / DKIM / SFP accordingly.

**Official Response from Christina Warner:**

> Hi Anton
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback with us! We're glad that you love our interface, and Business Email Compromise capabilities, and we greatly appreciate your business. We hear you on areas of improvement, and we'll take that back and implement into our next product enhancement and feature updates. Thank you again!

  ### 48. I have limited experience but looking to learn more as I have 1000's of customers who could use this

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

I like the wide variety of options open.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Not sure it's good for the smaller Ops..

**Recommendations to others considering Cloudflare One (SASE):**

Review all aspects to ensure you're getting the full benefits and experience.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not currently using it, but reviewing it for some of my customers.

  ### 49. Very successful in BEC assessment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margarita S. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Area 1 are spot on not only with rapidly detecting phishing emails issues, but also with the pay-per-phish model that works for companies of any size and infrastructure complexity.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

No downsides as noted by me or my clients so far. My clientelle are pretty diverse, and they really appreciate the layer of security Area 1 provides.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Area 1 has helped reveal phishing emails that slip through the cracks and remain unnoticed by native solutions, Mimecast etc. Obviously, the clients who have never has a designated anti-phishing solution in place are even more impressed with how many malicious emails Area 1 can stop.

**Official Response from Christina Warner:**

> Hi Margarita! Thank you so much for the great review! We are thrilled that you are satisfied with our services and we appreciate you taking the time to review us. Thank you!

  ### 50. Great tool to prevent phishing and BEC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan D. | IT & Data, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

Having Area-1 in place allows me to spend less time worrying about end users being "tricked" by phishing and more time looking into the big picture.

**What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?**

It takes a little bit of effort on the front end to prevent false positives, but once you get it tuned it is like magic.

**What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Area-1 solves for me is Business Email Compromise, that is when malicious actors are spoofing our C-level employees and making email requests appear to come from them. While we do regular training so that employees know how to spot such an email it is even better when you know you have a tool that prevents it in the first place.

**Official Response from Christina Warner:**

> Hi Ryan, Thank you so much for the great review and feedback! We are so happy to be able to help solve Business Email Compromise and to prevent phishing from reaching your inboxes. Thank you again for your feedback!
