Even though it’s "no-code," the interface is so packed with advanced features that it feels cluttered and overwhelming for a beginner. It takes a lot of time to truly master how to build complex flows without hitting a wall. I’ve also run into some performance lag when the bot is trying to pull data from multiple integrations at once, it can cause a noticeable delay in the chat, which isn't ideal for a smooth user experience.

The biggest benefit has been the "self-service" aspect, customers get instant answers to things like order tracking, order details without waiting in a queue.

This is the first platform I’ve ever used to learn, try things out, and build chatbots. Because of that, I genuinely liked everything about it.

**What do you dislike about Kore.AI?**

One thing I don’t like about Kore.AI is the agent node performance during chat conversations. At times, the agent node stops working, and we have to log out and log back in, and also refresh the page, to get it working again.

**What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, I’ve learned about automation AI, contact center AI, and a little bit about search AI. I find all of these areas quite useful for many real-time applications that people use in day-to-day life.

I am particularly impressed by how the XO Platform brings together no-code bot development, advanced NLP, dialog management, APIs, and workflow automation within a single, unified environment. Kore.ai could enhance its Search and Language features. At times, the SearchAssist results seem inconsistent, particularly when dealing with content that contains similar keywords or when indexing large data sets. Furthermore, switching languages within workflows is not always smooth; it often demands additional effort to preserve context when users change languages during a conversation. Addressing these issues would further strengthen the platform.

The system definitely needs improvement. I encountered several bugs in the latest version of XO. For example, the sub intent feature did not function as expected, and there were occasions when the chatbot crashed and failed to perform as it should.

Everything from design to build to deployment to testing,all are integrated in a single platform which reduces the hurdles faced by we developers. Low code platform with place to analyse bot performance are really helpful in real time monitoring.

Adding templates and images for enumeration list entity needs some additional work which could be taken care of. More features for IVR will be cherry on cake if available.Try to add an inbuilt non relational database also along with existing database.

The most valuable aspect of the Kore.AI platform ecosystem is how easy it is to develop solutions using its low-code and no-code features, while still offering the flexibility for customization through pro-code capabilities. Additionally, it supports integration with various middleware systems like botkit and webSDK, among others. Kore.ai strikes an ideal balance between low-code/no-code tools for quick development of virtual agents and automation systems, and giving developers the control they need for more advanced customization.

**What do you dislike about Kore.AI?**

From a business perspective, I don't find any features in Kore.ai that I particularly dislike. On the other hand, as a developer, I have observed that new support tickets may occasionally take some time to be addressed. Still, considering how mature the Kore.ai platform is and the size of its client base, some delays are understandable, especially when weighed against the extensive feature set it offers.

Kore.ai assisted us in automating a variety of use cases related to HR, ITSM, and our internal knowledge base, which has improved productivity and efficiency for different stakeholders within the organization. Integration with other apps and simple UI. It is so simple as it is having a straight forward approach in developing the bot.Implementing the bot is also so simple, all you need is a url thats all. Customization of the bot is a highlight.

Not much but a little improvement is needed in processing the utterances and training the bot.

The problem which we faced was L1 support so we came with an idea to develop an agent to cut out the time of the response. So after implementing the idea as a solution using kore ai, we see a dramatic change from customer as they got impressed by the bot. Using the bot we are able to provide voice support also and add on to that we are able to connect multiple apps across platforms, using that we are able to perform multiple operations at ease.

The tools and features are well thought out, and the platform gives you a lot of flexibility whether you're working with no-code or diving into custom logic.
The course itself was well-structured, and the hands-on approach helped me apply what I learned directly into real-world projects. I especially appreciated how Kore.AI supports integration with various systems and offers strong NLP capabilities—it made my bots feel smart and responsive.

The use of AI is present throughout the conversation, from interpreting questions to formulating answers. It really gives the feeling of talking to another person. It is possible to integrate several AI engines, in addition to having one's own. It offers numerous configuration parameters for the use of AI, allowing for very precise adjustments. The interface for building dialogue flows is very clear and visual, which makes it easy to explain its operation even to those who have no knowledge about chatbots. The new release brings a more intuitive design interface, improved GenAI-powered features, and streamlined deployment options, making it easier to build, test, and scale bots efficiently.

I particularly appreciate the AI-assisted dialog design and intent discovery tools, which help speed up bot creation while maintaining accuracy. The advanced analytics, knowledge AI, and omnichannel integration capabilities also make XO 11 a robust platform for delivering consistent, intelligent experiences across multiple touchpoints.

While I’m really impressed with the capabilities of XO 11 — particularly the generative AI, unified sessions, and improved dialog builder — I do recognise that:

The migration / upgrade path from earlier versions can add complexity (especially for legacy bots or custom flows).

Language support and localization are still catching up, so for global roll-outs there may be extra effort.

Because of the richness of features, it can feel quite enterprise-heavy for smaller teams or non-technical users, so enabling the right training/skills is key.

Some integrations and modules are still flagged as “coming soon” or with limitations, so I'd make sure we audit those for our use-case.

My approach would be: build a migration/roll-out plan, ensure the team has support, prioritise early testing of integration and localisation, and continuously feedback to the vendor on any gaps.

Kore.AI is solving the problem of fragmented and inefficient customer and employee interactions by providing a unified conversational AI platform.

Everything is good, even API integration and some logical JavaScript. These are all important in the IT field and help with interviews. I mostly liked the way of introduced every part. I like building chatbots because it is very interesting.

No, everything is good. All things are useful for all. even I much like kore.ai because of building bots, If you have more ideas then you should create more bots related to our knowledge. I know some people's way of understanding is very difficult but it is easy because they spend some time

I think on my side there is no problems, but I know some people's way of understanding is not easy, I have a suggestion for a few peoples who spent time creating are building bots they should easily understand and easily explain to others.

What I like best about Kore.ai is the way it gives full control for building smart bots. Everything is in one place. The platform makes it easy to test, plug LLMs, and connect to external data using RAG and usage search. No need to depend on multiple tools — everything is smooth and efficient.

To be frank, the platform is quite strong overall, but one area that can be improved is the response latency when working with LLMs.

The best part I liked about Kore.AI from a developer perspective is that it offers all possible features in SDLC. It offers log analytics using dashboards which reduces a lot of effort, where in case of some other tools, the log analysis is done integrating some other monitoring and observability tools in the market.
It is compatible to integrate in case of cloud or on-premise accordingly and provides secure API's for banking.
It is easy to implement the features to develop with or without code.
In terms of using the AI agents, most of the IT support work is automated like ticket management or request management in an org. This makes it easy to raise requests or orders.

In terms of community, when we go deep into developing and encounters an error or need some info, there is a small community and is still expanding, so we need to rely on the support team.

I love how easy it is to spin up an agent for our marketing team or our customer support folks. The drag-and-drop builder is realy intuitive, and our dev team can still go deeper with code when they need to. It's also cool how multiple agents can work together and share context; our helpdesk bot can hand off to a billing bot w/out loosing the thread. It comes with strong security and complianc features, and we were able to plug it into Salesforce and Slack w/out any headaches.

NLU related features are very good. We have flexibility to configure between Entity capture and Intent capture. The platform is user friendly as compared to most of the bot platforms.

Digital Forms are worst. We can only invoke them with click of button, but they should appear as it is in the original chat conversation, not as a separate popup or screen.
