**What do you like best about Re-TRAC Connect?**

That properties can submit recycling plans with relative by filling out the form. Also that it is browser-based even for administrators. No software required! Easy to use remotely. 

**What do you dislike about Re-TRAC Connect?**

That previously submitted plans are tied to one email power account with no way to add emails. This is frustrating for properties that experience property manager turnover. 

**What problems is Re-TRAC Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring that all commercial properties in town are providing recycling to their employees.
