For instance, there was a failure with Stripe integration that lasted a whole day, and a misleading 'recurring payment' message lingered incorrectly on payment forms for five days. Additionally, my customers experienced difficulties signing into the e-learning platform for two consecutive days without any clear communication on whether the issue was being addressed.
