The bot training process is really good and easy to understand with minimal help i could get a bot going with voices and calendar integration it was a great tool. The support was good and used it often.

**What do you dislike about Synthflow?**

On the whitelavel it seems that symphflow is not so much hiden when i created a mock acct symphflow was on the email sent to my pretend client.

The integration of different functions that in other platforms are missing.

Setup has a learning curb. Prompts can be touchy, call can sometimes loop, and difficult ending calls. Requires Make or Zapier to connect most CMR's because of lack of integration.

Replaces a call center, more control, more data on calls. Capability to implement data into my cmr with api connection to speed up production time.

I like the interface, it's easy to use, various helpful configuration options for all AI assistants, plus AI callers themselves are pretty good at speaking and understanding.

I don't like the standard voices and would like to personalise more. I didn't like the form. Too basic and people press submit multiple times because the form doesn't tell you that the response was submitted.

I am a consultant and Synthflow makes it supper easy to sell the idea of using ai for variety of use cases to to clients. As of know implementation and integrations has been seamless. I have not tried out the agency model but as soon as i have enough clients will upgrade.

I have yet to find any issues with system, but happy to share more as i scale.

I am selling it to client to solve a few uses cases around inbound and outbound mainly on qualification of opportunity and scheduling of meeting.

I bought one of the numbers for my agent, and it doesn't work. When i try calling it. It would be lovely if there are few call minutes provided for testing agents through calls.

Very easy to set up.  Intuitively the voice agent was polite and a great conversationalists.

Expensive.  And some prompt data simply didn't get followed.

The video tutorials on the custom actions could be improved. Majority of your customers will come from a no-code background so it's important to explain, in simple ways, how to set-up these custom action webhooks to achieve their desired results.

The AI voice calling agents are solving loads of problems in the business world. For me, it'll help reach more potential clients quicker.
