Honestly, I don't think there's anything to criticize—everything is truly perfect and amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easily we created our voice agent to help our business and our clients' businesses. It is very easy to integrate and implement it into businesses, which is great. I use it for customer support for my client, and the frequency is insane that this AI agent can run 24/7, the features are also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price I would say, and maybe a free trial that includes free minutes would be really helpful for a new entry/discovery Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to create and launch AI voice agents on Synthflow. The voices sound great, and the platform is super simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s not much to dislike, but I’d love to see even more customization options and integrations in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the simplicity of the interface and the speed of deployment. Even without deep technical knowledge, you can build a working voice assistant, integrate it with a CRM or Zapier, and quickly test scenarios. The strongest point is flexibility: you can use ready-made blocks, connect APIs, and handle custom cases. I also appreciate the responsive support and frequent feature updates. Sometimes it’s challenging to pass and format data into external systems (for example, you often need to use Formatter or write custom code). I would love to see more built-in tools for data normalization and logging. Also, the documentation could be more detailed, especially for advanced integration cases. The quality of conversational AI is undoubtedly its strongest point. It has allowed me to design an agent capable of presenting a complex service and maintaining a natural conversation, which is essential for providing a good experience. The platform makes it relatively easy to implement complex logics, such as objection handling or dynamic responses, allowing for professional results without being an expert in programming. To get the most out of the platform and use its more advanced features, there is a learning curve. Since it is so powerful, it takes time and quite a bit of experimentation to understand how to design the most effective prompts. A new user might feel a bit overwhelmed at first if they want to go beyond the basic templates. More detailed guides or video tutorials for complex use cases would be very helpful. For me Synthflow has been extremely simple to setup, only a few clicks to integrate it with my GHL account. I was also able to link it with my eleven labs which made my agents sound super realistic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When starting out i personally would of liked more guidance on how to prompt synthflow agents, I know different sites can be prompted different so maybe an example layout would be good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Synthflow gives us the infrastructure to build truly human-sounding AI receptionists and sales assistants at scale. The voice quality is unmatched, and the flexibility in workflows, call handling, and integrations (especially with GoHighLevel) allows us to serve multiple verticals—healthcare, trades, real estate—without writing a single line of code. It's fast to deploy, easy to iterate, and supports multilingual flows, which is a big strategic edge for us in the AU/NZ market. It’s the backbone of our product. The biggest challenge has been reliability during platform updates—occasional bugs, memory lapses, or timeouts can interrupt the AI’s flow, especially on longer calls. The lack of full-call history visibility and limitations in debugging tools also make troubleshooting more manual than ideal. Support is responsive, but feature releases often feel rushed without full documentation. We’d love more enterprise-level stability and analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Synthflow is a very user friendly platform for setting up AI voice agents. We've tested and are very happy with the performance. As a result, using Synthflow, we are now in the process of rolling it out as a service for our existing clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the AI agents don't understand heavy accents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The whole setup was very easy to do, even with my limited to intermediate knowledge of these kinds of systems. I was even able to configure it with ShipStation so it can pull orders, check the contents, track them, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They only gave me 15 minutes to test it, which is way too little considering I’m supposed to evaluate the agent that will later handle my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
