I love the ease of use of the platform. The interface is intuitive and I can create automated workflows in minutes. The drag-and-drop system makes the process very visual and simple to understand. Additionally, the integrations with other tools work seamlessly and have significantly improved my productivity.

Sometimes the performance is slow with complex tasks. I would also like it to have more predefined templates for specific use cases. The technical support, although friendly, can take time to respond to more technical queries. The initial learning curve was steeper than expected for advanced functions.

Additionally, white-labeling has limitations—certain Synthflow branding elements are difficult to remove, and support tickets can unintentionally redirect to Synthflow rather than the agency’s brand. I’ve also experienced occasional delays in customer support, which can be frustrating during critical setup phases.

I was able to design an entire cold call flow, handle objections like a pro, and even book demos — all without writing a single line of code. The flow designer is visual and intuitive, and branching logic is super flexible. I also love that I can create custom objection handling paths that feel human. Their GPT-4o integration keeps the conversations smart and natural. It’s the most scalable cold calling solution I’ve tested so far.

There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up complex branching — especially if you're new to voice flows or sales scripts. At first, I wasn’t sure where to put responses or how branching would behave. Some extra tooltips or examples built into the editor would speed things up. But once I got the hang of it, it clicked fast.

Synthflow is solving the massive challenge of scaling outbound sales calls without needing a huge SDR team. As someone running a recruitment tech business, I needed a way to reach hundreds of temp agency decision-makers with a clear, human-sounding pitch — and Synthflow makes that possible. It lets me create custom voice agents that handle cold calls, ask qualifying questions, overcome objections, and even book demos. This saves me hours every day, reduces the cost of outreach, and ensures we don’t miss opportunities due to lack of follow-up or resources.

Completely Shocked! Within minutes I was able to select an agent, create a knowledge base to reference and reserve a number. I linked a company web page to reference for FAQ's and was totally surprised when I did the test call. It not only answered my questions in detail but with about 95% accuracy right out of the gate without making any modifications to the KB. It naturally lead the conversation to booking a tour at one of our models. Highly recommend for any company looking for high customer engagement and results.

Our company uses RingCentral, it was a little difficult getting it connected.

My initial feeling is the software is designed for to be managed by business people and not tech people .  This is a good thing.  Its intuitive and this allows business ppl the ability to be more reliant managing technology on their own.

Not sure yet.  I am still testing the waters so to speak.

I've been using Synthflow.io for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The user interface is super clean and intuitive — even if you’re not super techy, you’ll get the hang of it quickly. The flow designer is especially helpful. It makes mapping out chatbot conversations really simple and visual, which saves a lot of time. If you’re looking to build AI chatbots without a steep learning curve, Synthflow is definitely worth trying.

What I like most about Synthflow is its ease of use combined with real power under the hood. The interface is fluid, well thought-out, and allows you to build intelligent voice agents without code. The speed of deployment is a real plus.

The documentation could be a little more detailed for some advanced use cases, and I'd like to have more predefined templates to save even more time.

Synthflow helps me to automatically qualify my leads via intelligent voice calls, saving me precious time. Instead of spending hours manually calling each prospect back, my voice agents ask the right questions, filter out unqualified contacts and transfer only genuinely interested leads to me. I love synthflow because of the easy onboarding and also addressing the bottleneck of being able to concurrently call a majority of leads in a simple and efficient way.

**What do you dislike about Synthflow?**

It isn't a major downside but I wish Synthflow had an internal phone system as opposed to twilio, however I do understand twilio's infrastructure is robust enough.

Love it all. It's kind of odd that I signed up for the agency trial and it only gave me 15 minutes of trial on my bot.

Synthflow is helping me expand my agency by providing our clients as well as ourselves a great platform to be able to tune and synthesize all of the necessities for voice AI agents. I really think that it's a turnkey system that makes it a lot more adaptive to all sorts of users.

A truly comprehensive platform. I especially liked the various native integration options with the tool. This is certainly very useful and innovative.

Apparently, I haven't identified any disadvantages so far. I found the navigation simple and straightforward.

Synthflow solved my integration problem between ElevenLabs and the GHL platform. Now I can use an AI agent with ElevenLabs' extremely realistic voices, fully integrated with the robust all-in-one tools of GHL.

I don't quite understand how to set up my personal assistant, they should provide tutorials on how to configure each section, especially in Spanish. I feel that it is a platform designed for somewhat advanced knowledge in systems, and I believe that an average person couldn't handle it 100%.

Interacting with customers 24/7 benefits me because I prefer to rest on weekends, and the virtual assistant helps me.

What I like most about Synthflow is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface.
