
So far the configuration and setup is flowing well. I can understand scripts are prompts and having an Agent refer to a knowledge base is very helpful. I'm most likely going to purchase at least a month's plan to try the system out but it would have been nice to have test minutes to listen to how the agent handled calls. Good test center though in helping me add to my knowledge base or prompts for handling calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They didn't seem to give me any free minutes to try the software. I also needed to purchase a phone number in order to Test my Agent but then when I went to test what the Agent sounded like or how they handled calls, I needed minutes. It's not real clear on how to purchase even a few minutes without upgrading to a full-service plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
