"Smooth Setup and Helpful Features, But Lacks Free Test Minutes"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

So far the configuration and setup is flowing well. I can understand scripts are prompts and having an Agent refer to a knowledge base is very helpful. I'm most likely going to purchase at least a month's plan to try the system out but it would have been nice to have test minutes to listen to how the agent handled calls. Good test center though in helping me add to my knowledge base or prompts for handling calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

They didn't seem to give me any free minutes to try the software. I also needed to purchase a phone number in order to Test my Agent but then when I went to test what the Agent sounded like or how they handled calls, I needed minutes. What do you like best about Synthflow?

I really like how easy Synthflow is to use. The setup takes almost no time, and the AI voices sound surprisingly real — not robotic at all. It’s been great for handling quick customer calls and confirmations without me having to jump on the phone every time. What do you like best about Synthflow?

SynthFlow makes it incredibly fast to prototype realistic AI call agents. I love that you can design conversational logic, set variables, and connect APIs without any code. The interface feels intuitive, the testing flow is smooth, and the response accuracy has been better than I expected. What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The documentation is helpful but sometimes skips advanced examples, especially for integrating mid-call API requests or webhooks. A few more built-in templates for healthcare or logistics scenarios would make setup even faster. Still, support is responsive, and updates seem to come quickly. What do you like best about Synthflow?

The visual Flow Designer combined with Variable Extraction is a game changer for building professional agents. I moved from other platforms where I had to rely heavily on prompt engineering to control the bot's behavior. With Synthflow, I can use Boolean variables and Branch Nodes to create deterministic paths (e.g., separating 'Qualified' vs. 'Unqualified' leads instantly). I also love the 'After the Call' action feature—it allows me to extract complex data (like shipment dimensions and weights) from the transcript automatically without needing to trigger fragile tools during the live conversation. What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The learning curve for managing Actions can be a bit tricky at first. It wasn't immediately obvious that I had to 'toggle on' an action in the Agent Settings tab before it would appear in the Flow Designer dropdown. Also, some of the error messages in the builder checklist (like 'Failed to parse FSM') are a bit too technical and don't clearly explain that a conversation loop simply needs an exit condition. What do you like best about Synthflow?

I love that they make it very simple to create your AI assistant. It's one of those things where people tell you "easy to learn, hard to master." Getting in is pretty self explanatory, it only took me a YouTube video to get started. However getting into the nitty gritty involved a little more digging around and exploring. What do you dislike about Synthflow?

It's a quality of life change more than anything, the icons on the left side of the screen. Starting out I forget what any of those icons mean so I wish there was a way for it to be labeled. What do you like best about Synthflow?

What I like best about Synthflow is that it doesn’t bury you in technical complexity. You don’t need to be a coder or spend weeks wiring together APIs just to get a usable AI voice agent. The builder is intuitive, the templates make sense for real-world sales conversations, and you can actually customize the agent’s personality and tone instead of being stuck with a robot that sounds like it’s reading off a DMV script. A minor gripe is that while the interface is simple, it sometimes leans too far into minimalism. If you’re the type who wants a granular dashboard of metrics, you won’t find it here—at least not yet. I genuinely appreciate that Synthflow offers AI Receptionists in Bulgarian, which perfectly aligns with my business needs. The initial setup of Synthflow was pretty straightforward, which means I could get started with minimal hassle.
