Synthflow Pricing FAQs

Is Synthflow free, or does it offer a free trial?

Synthflow does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Synthflow pricing best suited for?

Synthflow's pricing is best suited for small businesses and agencies that have moved past the testing phase and operate at meaningful call volumes. G2 reviewers from real estate, marketing, consulting, and IT services — predominantly small businesses under 50 employees — report the strongest value when using Synthflow to replace human appointment setters or call center staff. Agencies reselling AI voice agents to clients benefit most from Synthflow's white-label and GoHighLevel integration features available at higher tiers. Solo operators and early-stage startups consistently flag the starter-to-pro price gap as prohibitive. Mid-market reviewers in software and financial services also report strong fit when automating high-volume outbound lead qualification workflows.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Synthflow?

Synthflow offers a free trial rather than a permanent free tier. According to G2 reviewers, trial minutes are extremely limited — often cited as just 15 minutes — making it difficult to fully evaluate the platform before committing. G2 users frequently flag that key capabilities like BYOT (bring-your-own-Twilio) integration, additional minute top-ups, and advanced support are locked behind paid plans. Synthflow's paid plans start at a reported entry level with only 50 minutes monthly, then jump sharply to higher tiers offering 2,000+ minutes, white-label toolkits, CRM integrations, concurrent calls, and priority support. The Enterprise tier adds SLA guarantees, SIP trunking, custom API rate limits, and on-premise deployment options.

Is Synthflow considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Synthflow overwhelmingly rate it 4.5/5 overall, signaling strong satisfaction despite near-universal cost complaints. The recurring pattern — high ratings paired with pricing criticism — marks Synthflow as a premium tool that delivers on its promises. Reviewers in real estate, marketing, and IT services cite measurable ROI: replacing call centers, capturing after-hours leads, and automating appointment setting at a fraction of human staffing costs. However, G2 users consistently flag the steep jump from the starter tier to higher plans as a barrier. Compared to Retell AI and Bland AI, which G2 reviewers mention by name, Synthflow's pricing is higher but justified by ease of use and integration depth for established operations.

"Limited international support, confusing, and no way to close your account"

Easy to use if you are in the United States. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

**Phone number coverage is extremely limited.** Synthflow only offers numbers from the US, Canada, and Australia directly. There are no Spanish numbers — or for that matter, any other European numbers — available out of the box. For any European business trying to call local prospects, this is a deal-breaker. Calling Spanish customers from a +1 US number kills your answer rate before you even start.

**The Twilio workaround forces you onto the Business plan.** When I tried to connect my own Twilio account to use a proper local number, I discovered that this option is locked behind the Business tier — roughly four times the price of the Pro plan. There's no transparent disclosure of this limitation upfront; you only find out after committing time to building your agent.

**The new platform interface is a usability disaster.** The recent redesign is genuinely confusing. Basic actions that should take one click now require navigating multiple unintuitive menus. Settings are scattered, naming conventions are inconsistent, and the learning curve has gotten worse, not better.

**There is no way to close your account from the dashboard.** This is the most concerning issue. I've searched every settings menu, every account section, every billing page — there is literally no option to delete or close my account. This appears to be deliberate, and it's an unacceptable practice for any SaaS in 2026, especially under European GDPR rules where users have an explicit right to erasure.
