It was nice to set up these calls and enjoyable to try the different AI agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Synthflow? I found the integration with HubSpot CRM really bad. The calls couldn't be transferred into the CRM properly, and the data wasn't transferred correctly. We tried two different subscription plans, even the highest tier, hoping for better customer support, but it just didn't work out. After spending three months, it was a total disaster. Also, the initial setup was not easy at all. It was very complex, and we needed an in-house developer; otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves. Our Developer almost wanted to quit his employment due to the bad customer support on Syntflow, as he could not reach the company's goals, and had to hold accountability for the implementation. Despite its bugs and limitations, there's no denying that Synthflow has huge potential. When everything works, it's truly impressive what you can build with its voice assistants. The possibilities for automating calls and creating personalized experiences are powerful. That said, reaching that point takes patience—expect weird bugs, a steep learning curve, and reliance on external platforms. But if you manage to work through those hurdles, the platform can become a very powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Synthflow? My experience with Synthflow has been quite frustrating. Custom actions fail without any clear reason; in several cases, just integrating them directly with the AI breaks the entire bot flow, even if the action isn’t executed. It shows strange, hard-to-diagnose errors, making it tedious and unintuitive to build anything useful. On top of that, you can't send data directly to the AI from the interface—you’re forced to rely on external platforms just to pass basic values like a phone number or variable. And the pricing... completely disproportionate. The basic plan is so limited it doesn’t even allow for proper testing of your assistant. Least helpful is how there is having to submit a help ticket which is bastardly why should higher plans get this. I just started out and this is the treatment Im getting. Very very frustrated with the fact you are limited to 50 mins a month and cant recharge unless you are on pro plan paying 450 a month. Beginners beware. all i can say.
