Appointwise was a game changer for my agency. Added so much value being able to turn leads into booked appointments without hiring ISA's or hassling clients to call their leads.

After signing up and experimenting with the bots, I wanted the ability to trigger action within GoHighLevel based on what leads said to the Appointwise bot and it required a workaround to make it happen. I wasn't 100% comfortable adjusting the bot's integration setup in case I broke something.

It does exactly what it says it does and does it very well. Everything is easy to use and works as it should. I haven't yet encountered something I'd like to do with it that I haven't been able. There have been numerous times I've been stuck and have required assistance. We’ve been using Appointwise to connect WhatsApp with AI inside our GHL setup, and it’s made a huge difference in how we handle leads.

Since the company is relatively new, the product is constantly evolving meaning there is the odd bug/error, however the customer support is quick to fix any issue. I used Appointwise when it first launched—the concept was great, but there were a few issues that meant we had to revert to manual booking. Since then, it’s clear there’s been a lot of investment and development. We’ve recently re-launched on the new 7.0 version, and the results so far have been amazing. You have so much control over the AI that it’s virtually impossible to tell it’s not a real person! I’m excited to roll this out across all my clients and see how much better the results get. Great software that has helped my clients with their speed to lead issues. Many small gym owners are usually in training when a lead comes in, this AI booking (or hand off to human)-system works to solve that issue.
