Nothing I can really complain of yet. Been a good experience. Would like an easier way of knowing they are fighting my chargebacks other than check on my Braintree dashboard every day. An email saying we are on top of this and then this is resolved or covered would help peace of mind. Have had a lot of charge backs pop up recently and need that reassurance they you have us covered. One option that is available to have added but requires someone at bolt to do it. Is add a temporary message to the bolt check out. This would be an excellent option from the dashboard. I like that it's easier for my customers to buy things on my website. I love that bolt has a fraud protection component. Whenever I have a question, my account manager at Bolt always responds within a couple of hours with the solution. The downside is the higher fees when using Bolt. At the same time, they also take a lot off your plate - split testing checkout, general checkout improvements, and the entire checkout process. We've been running into many backend issues causing our customers to not checkout. Additionally, the fraud detection system that is set in place doesn't flag certain criteria that we would categorize as fraud. The checkout experience is significantly more streamlined and efficient from a UX perspective, than the standard Magento 2 checkout. The standard Magento checkout was taking 30-40 seconds to load and it was hurting our conversion rate. The Bolt checkout on our site now loads in one second which is a vast improvement. We've been very pleased with the increase in conversion rates that we have seen since moving to Bolt.

There's really not much to dislike. When orders are deemed fraud (permanently rejected) the customer is not notified until the order has already been canceled. Luckily this will be addressed soon, with the ability for additional communication to the customer explaining the order is on hold until the customer can provide additional additional information for authentication. I think this boils down to perspective. Anytime I've had a notion that maybe I should change something or see another feature added on, Bolt has come through with a mindful solution that keeps the end consumer as the focal point of our mission. Bolt's checkout program is top tier in my opinion. The only thing it is rivaled by is their phenomenal customer service. Having used the stock WooCommerce checkout and receiving frustrated calls from customers, we knew a change needed to take place. After changing to Bolt, we have not once looked back.

So far, the only thing I can think of that I dislike is that sometimes refunds do not go through, due to VISA's new authorizations required for refunds. So Bolt is in charge of capturing all the authorizations and payments for everything, but once they can't successfully process a refund, it turns to the user's responsibility to get the customer their money.
