We&#39;d budgeted the AI matchmaking as a minor add-on, something exhibitors might poke at out of curiosity, and expected the in-person floor to carry most of the meaningful exhibitor conversations like it had at past events. AI matchmaking is becoming a real differentiator among event management platforms for hybrid formats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Whova&#39;s mobile app genuinely drove more in-person networking at our last two conferences than we expected, attendees were messaging each other to set up meetups before the event even opened. Attendee networking is an underrated comparison point across event management platforms. Networking depth rarely comes up when people ask what are event management platforms.
