# What is the best service desk platform for enterprise IT teams?

&lt;p&gt;What I keep wondering is, when it comes to picking a service desk at the enterprise level, is it really the advanced features (automation, AI, etc.) that make the difference, or is it just how well the tool plays with the rest of your IT ecosystem?&lt;/p&gt;
