
It’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It also offers a lot of reports, which is helpful. Their customer service is generally very helpful, although sometimes it depends on the knowledge base of the person you’re speaking with. There are too many new reports, while the older reports are much better: they’re easier to run and they provide better results. At times, they make a lot of changes that they call “improvements,” but they don’t feel necessary. Also, they don’t always inform us about all the changes they’re making (formats, reports, etc.). The changes just appear, and then you have to deal with them afterward. They should communicate more clearly and consistently about what’s changing.
The help desk is okay, but sometimes you’re at the mercy of the person who answers the call and their knowledge base. We recently added a new company, and the implementation was not handled well overall—from sales, to implementation, to adding new team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
