Altametrics has significantly improved the efficiency and data-driven nature of our QSR operations. The implementation process went smoothly, and the team was consistently helpful and easy to collaborate with during the setup phase. We experienced high user adoption, largely due to the platform’s intuitive interface and the convenience it offers in daily tasks. It streamlines scheduling, payroll, and workforce management, allowing us to save time, minimize errors, and make more informed operational decisions.

Some modules would benefit from greater customization options, and the analytics dashboard can be a bit challenging to navigate at first. However, the regular updates and outstanding support more than compensate for these drawbacks.

What I really like about Altametrics is how easily it fits into our daily restaurant operations. The setup was simple, and the support team stayed in touch until everything was running perfectly. It connects well with our POS system and helps us track sales, labor hours, and stock in one place. The dashboards are clean and easy to read, and the reporting tools make it simple to see where we’re doing well and where we can improve.

A few settings has to be adjusted manually. I  also like the task and team management features — they help keep everyone on the same page without much effort.

**What problems is Altametrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s also made it easier to train new staff because everything is in one system, from tracking hours to checking reports. The implementation didn’t take long, and we were able to get fully operational within a few weeks. Overall, it’s made managing daily tasks simpler and more organized for the whole team.

I really like how easy it is to use Altametrics in my daily work. I use it almost every day for managing shifts, tracking attendance, and checking reports. It has many useful features, but everything is well arranged, so it doesn’t feel confusing.

Their customer support is also very good. Whenever I need help, they reply quickly and explain things clearly. It makes a big difference when you know someone is there to assist you.

It took me a little time to understand all the features. Once I got used to it, everything became simple.
