I was very sad to learn that they will discontue their services. **What problems is BenefitMall EmployerFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used the platform also for payroll and time management system. ### 2. I wouldn't change anything. **What problems is BenefitMall EmployerFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?** The fact that I needed to get the staff to fill everything out and enter their options.
