After using DSMN8 for a longer time, I still find the content sharing and scheduling features to be its biggest strengths. It makes it easy to share company posts across different social media platforms from one single place. I also like that it provides engagement metrics... so it's simple to see how the shared content is performing. The mobile app has improved but I still occasionally experience issues while using some sections. The rewards area is more stable than before, although there are times when it loads slowly. I love the automation of posts from my company with DSMN8; I don't have to come up with content as often, and it helps maintain a solid message approach. It's super user-friendly and makes posting fast and professional. It's easy to connect my social accounts and decide when, where, and what to post, which keeps my company's message flowing and aligned with our standards. I can jump in for five minutes on a Monday, schedule out a week’s worth of industry updates and technical insights, and then get back to my actual work. DSMN8 does a great job with the AI caption assistant, but I’d love to see even more granular control over how link previews are displayed directly within the editor. Sometimes metrology content is very visual, and having more flexibility to swap between different high-res images provided by the admin team without leaving the share screen would make the process even more seamless. The biggest problem DSMN8 solves for me is inconsistent visibility. In the geospatial industry, we are often busy on-site or in technical demos, making it hard to find time for social media. DSMN8 solves this by providing a curated feed of Faro and Creaform updates that I can share in seconds. The benefit: I now maintain a 'set-and-forget' professional presence on LinkedIn.
