**What do you like best about PDQ POS System?**

The PDQ system is helpful in that it allows me to take orders, search for customer's by name, email address, phone number, address , order number and by the recipient's information.  I can also check inventory.

**What do you dislike about PDQ POS System?**

I dislike that I cannot use the mouse and have to use only the keyboard. Also, if I don't use caps lock, some functions will not work. After a while, you get used to using only the keyboard commands. I wouldn't mind if that functionality were upgraded.

**What problems is PDQ POS System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to place orders for customers as well as update and cancel orders. I can also answer questions about shipping and if a gif message is included with their order. If it isn't, i can add or update the gift message. I am also able to update billing information (name, address, phone number, email) as well as the recipient's information.   Being able to see when and order was placed and how (online or over the phone) is very beneficial as wel

**What do you like best about PDQ POS System?**

The software is very easy to use and great performance. Very simplistic.

**What do you dislike about PDQ POS System?**

I dislike the fact that their support wasn't as helpful in the situation I was in when it came to the programs locking up. But, other then that I was awesome.

**What problems is PDQ POS System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very simplistic ordering and very easy to use for someone who hasn't used it before. Reducing wait times.
