This company has 100%integration with my payroll platform. My company has Zero liability. Employee manage their account and request directly in Zayzoon, deduction and reimbursement in manage by Zayzoon and my payroll company. They also offer programs and financial advice. the support team is great and they provide marketing materials. Thanks to the integration staff get welcome email and instruction upon hire. How easy it is....from starting with implementation through the sign up and trying it myself the first time. My Customer Support Rep Matt K. did a great job. I had all the tools that I needed, but more importantly my employees got great information. Many of my employees are not comfortable with computer systems. I made sure to sign up before rolling it out to the employees. I wanted to make sure it was going to be easy for them to use. They like that it linked directly with our payroll system. Ease of use is nice, the app makes it really convenient. I appreciate the employees being able to access their money without creating another job for me to do. I love that employees can access their money when they need it without too crazy of a price tag, it is really reasonable for them. Implementation was quick and easy to do. So far, customer service has been helpful when I have needed it. There is multiple options to get their money as well and I truly just appreciate the entire set up. ZayZoon allows employees to access a portion of their earned income prior to a scheduled payroll. I believe this may help some pay their rent or other bills in a timely manner without using high-interest borrowing options. Employees report that it is easy to use, there was really no implementation on the employer side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do worry that employees will use it then have to keep using it when their scheduled paycheck is lower because of their early borrowing.

I would also like to see their reports page allow excel exports and be up to date. Sometimes it takes several days for a payout to show on the report. Thus the report is not matching my payroll report. I need to see that both the payroll report and ZayZoon match prior to submission.

I love how simple and easy ZayZoon is to set up. I appreciate the convenience it offers my employees to access their earnings before payday, without needing my involvement. I was happy with ZayZoon until I got a prepaid card mailed to me. Only intended to use it to avoid the $5 fees for payouts and then I was FORCED to add direct deposit. Today is payday and I have $0.
