I really appreciate the variety in trainings offered. We choose to let our employees take anything they want - I love that we can do that. I also appreciate the changes made to the reporting engine. I really want to have a dynamic checklist available. We have a need for a checklist that can be access by multiple people and can be completed as otj is completed. The most logical place for us to house this is in Relias; however, the functionality is not there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Relias is constantly evolving! The platform has updated and new features added regularly. They are responsive to feedback from the customers and they are very supportive of the Administrator. They also are interested in what we, the customer suggest as improvements and they are adapt the platform to the customer needs. They roll out features based on what is needed. Relias can sometimes be a one size fits all that doesn't always match. For example, we only allow Administrators to accept external training certificates, but Relias is set up to allow Learning Supervisors and Administrators to accept certificates and not just Administrators, so we don't allow learners to submit certificates through relias as the supervisors don't approve those. I appreciate that it provides training that’s very specific to our area of long-term care—services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the administrator dashboard counterintuitive in some ways, especially when it comes to assigning courses to individuals. I wish there were a way to enroll people directly from their user profile, rather than only being able to do it through the module. Also, on the module list, it would be helpful to have an option to enroll users from there, instead of having to open the module first and then go to the enrollment button to access the list of eligible users. The only downfall I can think of is that I would like to create my own modules without having to take a "test". It would be easier to create a module and then have users attest to taking it rather than needing to create a test every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not necessarily the issue of Relias, but when having multiple roles, you have to switch between Administrator, Sites Administrator, Supervisor, and Learner. It would be nice to just have everything in one console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up student accounts is fairly easy, students can access materials quickly and reliably, students can access additional materials that aren't assigned but might be of interest to them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
