The "ease" of scheduling in EASE is great to use, it allows you to truly customize your needs in your business. The only issue that I have found in EASE is that sometimes getting the reports to show what we need can be somewhat time consuming. With that being said, once they are setup to fit your needs it is very easy to see all of your weaknesses and work to improving them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is very intuitively designed, allowing audits to be conducted quickly and efficiently. Particularly noteworthy is the structured documentation, which makes it possible to capture all relevant information centrally and comprehensibly. Another advantage is the high flexibility: The system can be easily adapted to different processes and standards, which is of great importance in a dynamic work environment. The automated evaluations and reports save valuable time and provide clear metrics that can be directly used for improvement measures.

Furthermore, EASE supports sustainability in the audit process by promoting paperless operations and facilitating communication between teams. Overall, the system helps ensure quality and compliance at a high level without unnecessarily increasing administrative effort.

EASE is very customizable and allows us to track any activity we want. We use it daily for LPA's, Safety and dock audits. I love the app for ease of use. If I have my phone I can take a picture and add it to the system for quick follow up. They provided as much training as we needed and have been responsive to any questions. It is user friendly even for those who are not tech savvy, Emails remind users of tasks assigned. I would have liked more information explaining different features like the tags, fields etc. I think this is also my fault for not asking for more info. Customer service responds at night due to the time difference. For the LPA it is super, for product audit it is lot harder to use. Can't be synchronized with other programs (SAP, Outlook), so I need to manually add and delete users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
