I spend less time fixing mistakes and more time on other tasks. **What do you dislike about Empower?** sometimes, I don't like that their reports are not user-friendly and not fast enough when you need important information as an HR consultant. **What problems is Empower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll Integration, reduce manual entry errors and ensure contributions are processed accurately and on time.. Their parent company, Vensure, has caused our 8000+ employees a lot of issues, including a major pay issue resulting in these employees not receiving their hard-earned checks on time. **What problems is Empower solving and how is that benefiting you?** HRIS - The only benefit currently is that they are housing our information, but even that is a mess ### 6. I received a personalized assistant who taught me how to use Empower and invited me to reach out if I had any questions in the the future. **What do you dislike about Empower?** Each time I contributed to my retirement fund they took a large fee. If they didn't continue this practice I would be more interested in using them in the future. **What problems is Empower solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me to save for retirement and allowed me insight into my progress. And sometimes, Empower does not have the level of customizability we need to meet our specific requirements. **What problems is Empower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Empower's automated workflows and document approvals are used to streamline processes and reduce the time required to complete tasks, thus improving efficiency and reducing the need for manual intervention. They are quick to respond. Their platform is easy to read text and colors. They always send communications pro-actively for year-end related items or any changes to my account. **What do you dislike about Empower?** My employer brings in a representative once a year to describe and outline your options. The platform itself isn't very helpful without context from an actual person. It would be advantageous for them to add more help text and maybe like a "did you know" section or just the items that have changed so your focus can be drawn to that. **What problems is Empower solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use empower to help with my financial planning. That also includes largely my retirement tools and how to manage my long term plan. Overall, just better understanding and seeing what, where, and why my money is being managed well. ### 9. Data is automatically inputted so I don't have to do the manual work and enter one piece of data at a time. Customer service is also great! **What do you dislike about Empower?** They don't have a custom report feature. If there is, the report system isn't easy to use. **What problems is Empower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Empower automatically does all the work. Everything is automatically updated and synced with ADP. ### 10.
