This is a good point in its favor since it greatly aids in processes and time management. **What do you dislike about e-Emphasys ERP?** I don't think I have a disadvantage in using this ERP, nor do my colleagues from different areas. It really turned out to be quite complete for what we required. **What problems is e-Emphasys ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are many problems that it helps to solve, especially during decision-making. As an equipment distribution company, before using e-emphasys ERP, the entire dispatch process was tedious and it took time to review reports. ### 2. It can become a learned skill after using it for some time and playing around with it. It has a lot of features and the ability for additional features. **What do you dislike about e-Emphasys ERP?** The platform is trying too hard to implement everything under the sun that everyday tasks become hard to use and have an incredibly steep learning curve. The features are generally half-baked with minimal support. Also, you are granted only one license per user so one user cannot have multiple instances for productivity. **What problems is e-Emphasys ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** E-emphasys gives us a platform for growth beyond a template-like business system.
