What do you like best about Insightful?

What I like best about Insightful is how easy it is to use and how much clarity it gives me about productivity. I can quickly see detailed reports and trends without feeling like I’m micromanaging anyone. It’s great for supporting remote and hybrid teams, and I feel confident knowing it’s secure with SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance. Plus, whenever I need help, their customer support is fast and reliable. Overall, it helps me improve efficiency while keeping things simple and transparent. What do you dislike about Insightful?

What I dislike about Insightful is that it doesn’t have a mobile app, which makes it hard to check things on the go. I also wish there were more customization options for dashboards and reports because the current setup feels a bit rigid. The reporting is helpful but lacks deeper analytics for complex workflows, and sometimes I run into minor bugs or downtime that can disrupt tracking. It also takes time to fully learn all the features, and the price feels a bit high compared to other tools. "Powerful Tool with Stellar Support, Minor Integration Needs"

What do you like best about Insightful?

I like Insightful for its accuracy and ease of usage. The integrated tools are wonderful and help by showing performance windows, screen mirroring, and other metrics like timekeeping that highlight time away from the desk. I would love for it to integrate with ADP, our payroll system to show PTO. Initially onboarding went well, then it crashed our system and we had to uninstall for a period of time. What do you like best about Insightful?

In terms of productivity tracking, it is far superior than any other product out there. Schedule adherence and navigation/usage tracking works as it should, providing relevant details as to our workforce activities. What do you dislike about Insightful?

- While the 7 day restriction to reactivate users makes sense, maybe an override option could be considered for clients looking to opt out from that limitation.

What do you like best about Insightful?

I appreciate Insightful's affordability, which is especially valuable for our small business. It doesn't have a user or cost requirement that most companies offering these services have, allowing us to use it even for our small site while still getting the coverage we need. The initial setup was easy, and although there was a slight learning curve in figuring out where everything is, that's expected with any product.
