"ZOHO Does it AGAIN!"

What do you like best about Zoho BugTracker?

Zoho has a unique ability to look at problems and create solutions for companies from a workflow point of view. They don't develop products which are half thought and/or applicable to one industry. They TRULLY create SOLUTIONS. The zoho bugtracker is a perfect example of such a solution.

This solution allows you create a webform which is connected to the client side to help collect issues. Then in the dashboard assign users, projects and tasks. Track the progress and let the client track it all along the way. And this is probably only 18% of its full capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho BugTracker?

The only thing I would like to see is the webform pick up the URL automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho BugTracker?

1. Good interface

2. Customizable I can change severity result status etc *I like it

3. Easy to use, these tools really easy to use because of my experience before

This bug tracker have similar with Jira but the offer price it's good from jira Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho BugTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can control bug that's already input by tester, I can track bug that's already resolved or not. more efficient than before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All in one product"

What do you like best about Zoho BugTracker?

I have been searching for a long time for a cloud software that integrated project management, issues/bugs tracking, custommer help desk (through email and portal) and timesheets management. And was hoping to find that at a reasonable price. I found that at Zogho Bugtracker

Another benefit is integration with other Zoho software which we depend on such as Zoho People (Zoho HR software) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho BugTracker?

It would have been great if we would enter administrative time (non-project time) into timesheets and also have timesheets display vacations and holidays extracted from Zoho People (our HR software) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho BugTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allowed me to have all tasks and issues and bugs (posted internally and by customers) integrated at one place together with time spent on them. Plus having all the team aligned on this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
