What i like best about HR Partner is how it brings all HR Tasks in one place . I mean from tracking leave to managing employee records to handling performance notes , everything is easy to access and update . A non HR- staff can also navigate it without much training . Moreover i found support staff very responsive to any problems . Its ease of use and user friendly staff are definitely a big plus for HR Partner. I also like more of its feautures like Posting for job postions , scheduling interveiws tracking working hours , document signing , payroll management . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing i 've noticed so far is that the reporting feels bit limited sometimes. For instance , If i want to pull a detailed or customized report , it usually means exporling data to excel and doing it manually .Also , some workflow and field options are that flexible , so if your HR processes are little different , you have to get enough creative to make it work .I Mean its not a DEALBREAKER , but these are some areas it needs improvement on. I use HR Partner for handling employees' data, managing leave requests, and tracking attendance, which all work well for me.
