You've got the security in knowing they aren't doing or visiting anywhere they shouldn't be. **What do you dislike about ActivTrak?** This is a hard question to answer. I suppose the only inconvenience has been with the minimum time between screenshots. I would have much preferred if at certain times, it could be given the request to record a screenschot video, so to see exactly, frame to frame, what my employees are up to. There is too much time in between for things to be done where I'd have wanted to know, but cannot. **Recommendations to others considering ActivTrak:** At least check it out. Try it. To create an account with up to 3 users being monitored is 100% free, and they give you a 2-day trial of the upgraded account. You get to see all the perks of using ActivTrak without having to pay, without having to provide any payment information whatosever. They do not even attempt in asking you for any of that information. You can go and upgrade your account on your own AFTER trying it out, if you choose to. It's easy and sometimes even fun! **What problems is ActivTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** One employee was frequently visiting porn sites. I can now block those from anyone using a computer where I've downloaded this software. ### 9. I really enjoy the screen shots when each program is switched between. Each seemed to have its own niche purpose, however, for a truly discreet experience, ActicTrak proved to be the best. I have used the free and paid versions of the product and there are quite a few features that pulled me into using it long-term. The deployment tool is essential to use and it does a good job of installing the monitoring agent on a remote system. I can think of only two extreme circumstances where we had difficulty pushing to a remote system. In this case, the software was installed manually. The software has a very small footprint and is very difficult for even the savviest of users to identify once it is running. **What do you dislike about ActivTrak?** There really isn't much that has been found to dislike. The reports have been used as well as being able to view a remote system. **Recommendations to others considering ActivTrak:** ActivTrack is definitely worth a look. Consider testing the free version to test the features. The paid version includes the remote install software which can be invaluable considering the scenario of use. **What problems is ActivTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance and productivity are the two biggest areas of concern that ActivTrak can help to remedy. ActivTrak helps to identify what employees are doing, and for how long. While there are many approaches to resolving the issues found with ActivTrak, the reporting allows for operations to adjust systems policies and rules to eliminate misuse of systems and time. ### 15. Would prefer a management list of users and the systems with the ability to sort the list by different categories and group memberships. click for a dashboard view with an overiew of that system. More interactivity in the different sections such as Realtime and click a computer to see an overview.
