What I like best about ActivTrak is the visibility we get when employees are working remotely, as on occasion they will need to do so and borrow a company laptop. It's easy to understand AND visualize how work is getting done without us having to constantly check-in, which may feel uncomfortable for our employees. We were not expecting so much utility out of something like this, so being able to see their productivity trends, time spent on tasks, application usage etc. was a wealth of information to have on hand. Being able to ensure accountability without micromanaging is really the best aspect of ActivTrak. Additionally, the UI is simple enough to learn and navigate which is always a plus. In our case, since it is mostly for occasional remote work situations, there's been a bit of a learning curve when figuring out how to best us all the features ActivTrak comes with. Some reports and data were a little tricky to interpret at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
