**What do you like best about ClayHR?**

What I really like about ClayHR is how it makes our recruitment and onboarding so much easier. It keeps everything in one place—from posting jobs to tracking candidates and welcoming new hires—so the whole process feels smooth and organized.

**What do you dislike about ClayHR?**

The recruitment and onboarding tools do their job, but I’d love to see more depth in the reporting and analytics side.

**What problems is ClayHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClayHR really helps us keep everything in one place for recruitment and onboarding. It cuts down on manual tracking and closes communication gaps. We can easily manage applicants, follow each stage of the hiring process, and make sure new hires complete their onboarding smoothly. Overall, it’s made us a lot more efficient and improved the experience for our candidates, too.

**What do you like best about ClayHR?**

ClayHR has a very easy-to-use interface. It is also simple and people-friendly. It saves me time, keeps everything organised, and makes HR feel less about paperwork and more about people. Its self-service nature makes it more preferable. It's also easy to implement and integrate with other systems. Their customer support is very professional. I use it every day.

**What do you dislike about ClayHR?**

I don't have any reservations about ClayHR since they're constantly improving and collecting feedback from users.

**What problems is ClayHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I love most about ClayHR is how much simpler it has made my work. Before, I had to juggle different tools for hiring, performance reviews, and employee records. It was stressful and time-consuming. However, now everything is in one place, and that has been a great relief.

It saves me time, helps me avoid mistakes, and makes it easier to focus on people instead of paperwork. I especially appreciate how smooth the workflows are and how easily I can access the information I need. For me, ClayHR has turned HR from a headache into something I can actually enjoy managing.

I appreciate how easy, straightforward, and accessible ClayHR is. Everything is right where I expect it to be, which makes my workflow a lot smoother.

Sometimes, some pages take a little longer to load than expected. Improving the speed and responsiveness would make the platform even better.

ClayHR solves the hassle of juggling multiple HR tasks by combining everything in one place. For me, this means daily tasks are simpler, mistakes are less likely, and I have more time to focus on work that really matters.

**What do you like best about ClayHR?**

Clay HR is a solid cloud-based human resource management software which has been  designed to simplify my organisation's HR processes and improve staff performance management.
It has made managing our staff performance and HR processes easy.

**What do you dislike about ClayHR?**

Due to the advanced features of the HR software, occasional updates require brief user adaptation, but then the software ultimately enhances user experience.

**What problems is ClayHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clay HR software has addressed  many challenges like eliminating manual HR processes and manual performance assessments for staff
Through the system automation, time is managed efficiently, minimizes errors, and ensures accurate employee data management.

**What do you like best about ClayHR?**

We have been using ClayHR since 2023 and have implemented several key modules, including Core HR, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), PTO & Expense Management, Performance Management, as well as Learnings and Tests.
ClayHR has proven to be a flexible and user friendly solution for our globally distributed teams. 
The ability to configure workflows, such as region-specific expense approval flows and role-based access, has been crucial in maintaining operational efficiency, privacy, and compliance across different regions and employee levels.
The configurable performance templates have enabled us to standardize yet customize performance reviews and goal setting. Additionally, the learning and test features have helped us assess employee knowledge and provide certificates.
We are excited about new features which integrate into our systems, making our interview scheduling much easier to navigate. ClayHR has a great team who get to know your business model and adapted it to align with our needs.

**What do you dislike about ClayHR?**

We haven't used all the features and modules as yet - but the initial set up (with all the privacy and rules for each user etc.)   - can be quite intense.
My only negative is when you are in a sub-section and working on a persons profile and click to go back to that sub-section, it takes you back to the main section.

**What problems is ClayHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have updated our whole leave policy with specific nuances to suit each region.
They are working on integrations with Outlook calendar to be able to set up interviews seamlessly.
They are looking into allowing administrators to do a bulk implementation with their team, as opposed to logging on manually as each person.

Its ability to conduct learning and take test, payroll, performance management, goal setting, roster management, leave management etc.

**What do you dislike about ClayHR?**

HR cannot print out certificates after a user has successfully passed a test and issued a certificate, I recommend the HR should be able to do so on their account.

**What problems is ClayHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing leaves properly, consolidating performance management, tracking staff per once and the likes, this make work easier and smooth.

**What do you like best about ClayHR?**

ClayHR offers a truly comprehensive suite of HR tools that are both flexible and easy to use. From performance management and goal tracking to time tracking, recruitment, and compliance—everything is integrated in one platform. The customization options are excellent, and the support team is responsive and knowledgeable. It has greatly improved our efficiency and visibility across HR operations.

There’s so much functionality in ClayHR that it takes a bit of time to explore everything it offers. As we started using more modules, we discovered features we hadn’t initially noticed—which actually turned out to be quite helpful. The platform continues to evolve, and that’s exciting to see.

**What problems is ClayHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClayHR has helped us centralize and streamline all our core HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and goal tracking,  Before ClayHR, we were juggling multiple tools and manual processes, which led to inefficiencies and gaps in visibility. With ClayHR, everything is in one place, easy to track, and customizable to our workflows. It has saved us valuable time, improved employee engagement, and given leadership clear insights through powerful reporting and dashboards. The platform is intuitive, scalable, and backed by a supportive team that listens to feedback. A true game-changer for our HR operations!

**What do you like best about ClayHR?**

We’ve been using ClayHR at our resort since 2017, and it has transformed the way we manage our operations. With over 4,000 users, the self-service platform has been invaluable—enabling easy access to personal information, records, and reservations. The level of accessibility has significantly empowered our members while reducing the load on our staff. The automated workflows and intelligent notifications have streamlined our internal processes. Email and SMS notifications are reliable and timely—an underrated but extremely useful feature in our daily operations.

**What do you dislike about ClayHR?**

With all products, there are challenges, but ClayHR's responsive customer support makes the difference.

**What problems is ClayHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer accessibility and integration with QuickBooks has reduced administrative effort to a fraction of what they once were, allowing us to focus more on guest experience and less on paperwork.

Performance Evaluation and leave management problems. ClayHR makes it easy and convenient for monthly performance evaluation for our staff and leave management. These has reduce cost in printing of forms and booklets for performance reviews and leave processing respectively.

**What do you like best about ClayHR?**

Full suite HR solution. We started with Recruiting module which was quite versatile but soon explored that HCM and expense is equally great and useful!

**What do you dislike about ClayHR?**

Design looks old school and needs an uplift (especially employee facing pages).

**What problems is ClayHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency in the HR processes - we adopted it when we were very small but considering we were 100% remote, it was making it difficult to manage the global work force.
Global footprint - Helped us manage workforce in 5 different countries all under one roof
One product with deep integrations - for all our HR needs, we only have one window - ClayHR. Also, other services like BGV, Job posting, etc. all integrate very well with the platform.

**What do you like best about ClayHR?**

We needed a software that was not bulky and fulfilled our specific requirements without adding a steep learning curve and onboarding cycle. We also wanted Customer Support that was responsive and available at most business hours. 

I think ClayHR met all these requirements. I'm very happy with this implementation and integration - which itself was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about ClayHR?**

Not a big issue, but for some reason, the standard reports cannot be edited. They need to be cloned and then edited. Just a couple of extra clicks but it could be made simpler.

**What problems is ClayHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with providing self-help to our employees, manage the leaves of our global workforce, and helps in filtering our candidate list during recruitment.

It Lacks in Payroll and Benefits Management. But no worries, it works great.

**What do you like best about ClayHR?**

I enjoy the ability to collaborate with others in the system. In the education industry, it is vital that we are able to collaborate quickly and easily with others. I think it makes real time work flow much easier than other systems. 

**What do you dislike about ClayHR?**

The user interface could be a bit better. It can sometimes freeze and be difficult to work with. 

**Recommendations to others considering ClayHR:**

Try it out to see if it can be the right fit for your company. I have enjoyed using the software.

We had no system in place when I started. The benefits are extremely important and innumerable.
