I recently started using it and it was a transparent and smooth setup on both sides. The online chat also responded quickly and gave me answers to my questions. I have seen that the basic package ( which is plenty enough with number of feratures) but can be upgraded with additional features at a reasonable price, so I don't have to buy a larger package immediately, which is cost effective. I like that it has auto-detected features like rest time and you don't have to pay extra attention to set it up. Between these time, we're preparing the trial rollout and actively consulting with the salesperson to make sure we can utilize the trial the most. Currently we're at the phase of one-month subscription review and we plan to jump to annual subscription. I (as admin) use Insightful everyday to track staff attendance, each team's productivity, and mostly used productive & unproductive app. Turns out we use Ms. Teams the most, averaging 1 hour and 40 mins per staff each day. Insightful makes productivity reporting made simple for our company (we are a startup of 10-15 staff, which the majority works remotely). We can know each staff work time, productive and unproductive time, how much application usage within each team and project, and through timeline view we can know what each staff throughout the day are active at. We can compare productivity trends data using custom day range. I much prefer their data visuals comparing to other similar apps. Insightful also fulfills our requirement in terms of staff accountability. Managers can know whether each staff are working on the tasks they are claiming using each staff's captured screenshots. This is a top requirement for us. For our managers, Insightful can become a tool to check whether someone is currently online right now using real-time insights tab. Implementing Insightful is also quick in my experience. Within their trial period of a week, all our staff are able to use and track their time on Insightful's desktop app. Their CS also quickly answers my queries and solve my problems. During onboarding time, the salesperson always answer my questions and we can also meet on video calls when requested. **What do you dislike about Insightful?** None for the dislike so far. Feature requests from us are to have our tasks and projects on Monday.com directly integrated with Insightful and a mobile app to track time since some staff are working on the road and using their tablet devices. **What problems is Insightful solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are searching for an app that can both capture staff productivity (how time is being spent) and identify areas of improvement; and proof-of-accountability tool to capture screenshots making sure each staff are working on the tasks they're claming to work on.
