The ability to monitor remote workers on one dashboard

I am new at insightful, at the moment customer service has been fast and helpfull in everything needed

I like the transparency Insightful provides, especially since there's no mystery about the frequency of screenshots or recordings. This transparency is important to me, and I feel it's not an issue with Insightful. They have really built my trust, and I appreciate that. The customer service experience I had was surprisingly helpful. Solving my issue smoothly was a big relief and meant a lot to me. Additionally, on my desktop Mac, the initial setup was quite simple, and Insightful was easy to use.
