I like the ease of use of Insightful. The time tracking and screenshot features are really valuable for me because they allow me to quickly and easily see on the dashboard where my employees are at.

I like that Insightful allows me to see in real time how much time I'm taking and my earnings both cumulatively and at a given period. It's particularly helpful for tracking what's required by my employer, Mercor. I also appreciate the customer service; they were extremely helpful when I encountered difficulties during the initial setup.
