I really appreciate the ease of managing paid leave with clear visibility on remaining leave, whether it's paid leave, RTT, or seniority leave. This allows our employees to know exactly where they stand without having to contact the HR department, which is truly valuable. It saves time explaining to each employee the number of remaining leave days according to each type, thus offering more autonomy to our employees. Moreover, Lucca allows us to free up time to better manage human resources and employee issues, rather than focusing on administrative tasks.
