What do you like best?
Lead Zeppelin is an easy-to-use small business CRM with a great feature set for the money, if you don't need all the features (and fees) of a more enterprise-type CRM like Salesforce (no per seat fees). Also, there's a permanent free plan with up to 2k contacts...how great is that?
What do you dislike?
Really can't find anything to dislike about Lead Zep, as you get used to its work flows its really quite intuitive.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
You can also create Deals for your contacts which comes in handy if you have need to track more than one deal per person or company - for me this is a key feature. There's also an API for more advanced integrations, including a Docking script that can be used to track your logged in user's activities on your website, if you're a data nerd, this is awesome.
