I very much like the CRM system where I can put everything about the individual clients incl. scores. Also the marketing automation is very useful and saves lots of time.

ActiveCampaign is super robust, has a built in CRM, and performs really well! The customer support on ActiveCampaign is really great, which is helpful when using such a complex tool!
