Easy to Use CRM with Room for Improvement

I find Close easy to use and navigate, and it's not so robust that it takes 20 clicks to get something done. I like that templates are easy to create, and the system updates every thirty days or so, which is nice for keeping things fresh. I really appreciate the speech-to-text feature from the laptop, which captures information efficiently. It's also straightforward because I can sign in through Gmail using a work email. Additionally, integrating with my mailbox is very good. I use the tasks feature and send messages often, and having templates to create and add to as I go is something I use very often.

User-Friendly CRM with Effortless Setup

I love how Close is so simple to use and user-friendly. I never have any issues at all. The calling feature is my job's focal point, and it's excellent. I also appreciate the notes capability, which lets me create a digital trail of updates for myself and coworkers. The initial setup was so incredibly easy, which I really liked.
