Streamlined Sales CRM with Autodialer Efficiency

I find Close to be a very good tool for complete sales and outbound efforts. I like that it helps with speed to lead, mainly due to the autodialer feature, which is probably my favorite. I also appreciate how it allows for automated sequences for the dialer, making it efficient. Another aspect I really like is how notes are organized right under the autodialer. It shows a complete profile every time you're talking to a new contact, which helps to keep everything together and the CRM clean. The interface is designed to keep everything pretty straight and narrow, making it easy to document conversations. I also love the feature that includes the transcript of the call. This organization helps us stay aware and keep sales efforts on point. Additionally, the initial setup of Close was very, very easy, which was a big thing for me.

Simple to Learn Yet Surprisingly Complete and Customizable

Its simplicity combined with its completeness. Easy to learn and jump in with simple menus, but then you can customize a lot of stuff in the settings when motivated.

Intuitive CRM for Sales Teams with Room for More Automation

I like the user interface and user experience of Close because everything's intuitive and designed specifically for high ticket sales teams. It's a reliable CRM tool that allows my sales team to do their job better and live up to our sales team standards. Close also has a better CRM for calling and dialing, which is a significant advantage.
