"Being able to use as many emails as you want in a single campaign... game changer."
What do you like best about Instantly?

No limit on the number of emails you can add for one price. In the past using other products the cost would skyrocket as you continue adding more and more emails. Even if you remove the cost, just the time to duplicate a campaign just to add a different email was time-consuming.

With Instantly I can drop 50 (or more) emails into one campaign and scale crazy fast. I'm saving well over $5000 per month vs competitor products and will easily be over $7000 per month in savings once I add the rest of my emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

Not much to dislike. The new unibox is still in beta as I write this. I'd like more search and filtering possibilities (which are coming). If I'm forced to find a complaint I guess that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instantly used to be a cost-effective tool"
What do you like best about Instantly?

Instantly’s UI is clean and intuitive. Email verification, inbox rotation, and warm-up settings take only a few clicks, and key metrics are surfaced in a straightforward dashboard, so users can launch sequences and track performance in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

Instantly used to be a cost-effective tool, but recent experience has forced us to look elsewhere. Over the past few months our bill climbed from $47 to $147 with no feature upgrades and hardly any notice. Invoice language is confusing; credits are “prorated” in Stripe, yet the adjustments are invisible in the dashboard, making it almost impossible to reconcile charges. Worse, Instantly credits do not roll over; roughly 6,000 unused credits disappeared when our plan renewed. Support confirmed that payments are final and non-refundable, even when downgrading, and offered only vague promises of hidden account credits instead of a refund. With rising prices, opaque billing, and a rigid no-refund policy, we’re moving our outreach budget to a provider that treats customers and their wallets with more respect.
