## About Close
Close is a sales CRM with built-in calling, SMS, email, automation, and AI, designed for founders, startups, agencies, and growing sales teams. The platform helps businesses manage leads, communicate with prospects, track opportunities, and automate follow-up from a single system. Close is commonly used by teams that want their CRM to support sales execution, not just store customer data. Users can call, email, text, manage pipelines, assign tasks, create workflows, run outreach sequences, and track sales activity directly inside the platform. Close is built for founder-led businesses, startups, small businesses, agencies, recruiting firms, coaching companies, financial services teams, SaaS companies, and inside sales teams. It supports teams ranging from individual founders to sales organizations with more than 100 representatives. Key capabilities include: • CRM and pipeline management for tracking leads, contacts, opportunities, activities, and customer relationships • Built-in calling, SMS, and email, with communication history connected to customer records • Sales automation for workflows, sequences, lead routing, task management, and follow-up • Power Dialer and Predictive Dialer for teams managing high-volume outbound sales or recruiting workflows • Reporting and analytics for pipeline visibility, activity tracking, forecasting, and sales performance • Chloe, the AI agent built directly into Close, which can help qualify leads, book meetings, follow up with prospects, research accounts, enrich records, summarize conversations, and update CRM data Chloe operates inside Close, where customer records, conversations, activities, opportunities, and workflows already live. This allows Chloe to take action using CRM context, rather than working as a standalone AI tool connected through separate integrations. Teams can use Chloe to engage new leads, re-engage dormant opportunities, capture qualification data, schedule meetings, and hand qualified conversations to human sales representatives when appropriate. By combining CRM, communication, automation, reporting, and AI-assisted sales workflows in one platform, Close helps teams reduce manual work, improve speed-to-lead, maintain follow-up consistency, and manage more sales activity without adding unnecessary operational complexity.

## Close Reviews
 ### 1. Seamless navigation, quick learning curve, unbelievable customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lance G. | Realtor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love that Close has everything all in one place when going to review my day. I can see the task I need to complete, my schedule and new leads that have come in. It's a great way to overview and then I can pinpoint from there by clicking on what is necessary. Which will take me to the finer details. Also, if ther is ever any issues, customer support is always quick to respond! Lastly, it syncs easily with my calendar which I love. Not only is it an extra layer of protection so I don't miss anything but it is also helpful when going to schedule my day.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

My ONLY gripe is that after I use the call feature for any length of time it does start to break up and I have to call the prospect back. It's usually not an issue but is a minor annoyance.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to create templates for the text I send out. Also, I enjoy the AI transcript that happens after each call. It gives a summary and I can read the entire transcript and click on specfic areas of the transcript that take me right to what I want to listen too. Love that feautre!

 ### 2. Close, and how cool it is

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Its easy to use, clean and simple for a creative like myself, its easy to use, and i love using it to contact my leads

**What do you dislike about Close?**

the pay as you go phone feature is good but its hard to track where the money is going, im not sure which phone calls cost the most, or where my top ups end up being spent

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

finding and closing leads and mangaging everything, plus communication with my leads

 ### 3. Simple and Seamless, Minor Bugs Occasionally

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dillon W. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

The simplicity and how everything just works together, just like using an Apple product that is super hard to switch away from

**What do you dislike about Close?**

few bugs here and there that make dialling more leads take slightly longer

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dialling mass amounts of leads in a short amount of time and consistently bringing efficiency to the sales team, while integrating all necessary tools into one,

 ### 4. Great software. Awful support. Billing is misleading and extremely confusing.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I think it is feature rich but confusing.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Support is awful. No phone number to call. You email and at the companies convenience, not the clients they email you back. I try to set up a scheduled call a day after I needed to speak to somebody and I was on another call so i missed the meeting, further proving my point that customer service is not good and not at my the client's convenience. Tech companies don't believe in phone support and its insanely frustrating. Not good. The advertised plans make it seem like all these features are included. They are not. It is misleading. I have no idea how billing works with text and phone features. My invoices and receipts are not itemized and Im given articles to do my own research and try to figure out. Not happy at all. I am committed to the software at this point. So I use Grok AI to give me instructions on how to do things in Close. I have to go to a third party solution for help. AI is not always helpful either. It would be nice to connect with a human via phone and have a 2 minute conversation instead of stretch it out for days.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offer premier phone support. Be like Nordstrom or Charles Schwab, or Tmobile when John Leger was running it. Be more honest and clear about billing. Itemize Invoices and Receipts.

 ### 5. User-Friendly CRM That Organizes and Streamlines Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua H.

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find Close user-friendly and appreciate its seamless platform. Scheduling tasks is particularly valuable for me to ensure I don't forget to follow up or reach out to clients. The initial setup was very easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing at this time.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me keep my clients organized, manage tasks and reminders, and track sales reports. I value scheduling tasks to ensure I don't forget follow-ups.

 ### 6. Smart CRM with Robust Marketing Features for Home Services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim R. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Most CRMs and management software for home services only focus on customer management whereas Close gives you the chance to cater to leads, customers, and your internal team operations and this is why I'm in big favour of this piece of software.

Close helps me send automated messages to our leads depending on their source, such as website submission forms or Facebook Advertising forms and then give those leads to a designated member on my sales team. We're a small group but we're able to manage our lead flow with extreme efficiency because of Close features.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The workflow integrations take a bit to get going. Once they're online they're good and operational.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most beneficial piece of Close is the ability to assign leads to team members or sales reps.

 ### 7. nice sales crm

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Staying on top of my sales metrics can be bothersome sometimes and Close helps me put that data into one place. I've been testing the platform for awhile now and I can safely say my team will be getting an intro to this platform for future operations. I've managed to close 4 deals this week solely because I can see who needs reminders, nurturing, calling, etc. This will be a nice CRM for my agency and personal business.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

One thing that stands out to me is when you top up your account for calling and email usage / services your balance doesn't carry over to the next month. If you pay for $20 and you don't use it, it won't go into the next month. You either buy 20 again or you do your best to use all of it. This isn't bad for teams with a large volume of sales calls and email marketing each day. Just thought I should mention this.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close easily solves my need for real data. I am all about knowing where business comes from and what happens when they enter into my pipeline. I've used so many CRMs and diallers in the past and nothing has really worked for me in a simple fashion. Extremely easy to use as well. I am someone who doesn't like long learning periods so I can basically plug and play the Close CRM.

 ### 8. AI-Driven CRM with Seamless Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toby S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really like the AI features in Close because they generate great replies. Also, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I don't like that the power dialer moves a little too fast to write notes before the next call.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close solves everything for my CRM needs, and I like the AI features for generating great replies.

 ### 9. Close is worth the price tag

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Like how this CRM is a one size fits all option. The email integration is a big time saver for me and being able to connect my personal GMAIL account is what makes Close worth the price tag. All incoming leads and client comms are routed directly to my inbox. Another thing to note is being able to give me assistant access to the whole account for client comms as well.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Integration between other apps requires some technical knowledge but it's not impossible.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client comms and and easy to access workspace for my assistant. I can keep my messages grouped together and even make outbound calls using a purchased phone number. Would recommend this CRM to any small to medium sized business who want to begin refining their communication channels.

 ### 10. Amazing software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rickson B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

The calling system, the way you can get phone numbers, how you can filter and call people pretty easily.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

That you pay per use, instead of unlimited calls for a fixed price per month, and the predictive dialer is for a high plan

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual dialing and getting phone numbers outside of your own country and with the ease of use with that.

 ### 11. close for construction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I'm a construction business owner, I need tools that are simple, efficient, and don’t require a bunch of training just to get started. Close has been exactly that. The layout is simple and easy to go through, even for someone who isn’t super techie. The support team was good too because they moved at my pace and helped with setups. What stands out is how well it connects with our email and keeps all customer conversations in one clean, organized place.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The calling was hard to set up at first because there were a lot of verification steps for my country. But I got there eventually. If this could be made to be easier that would be good.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me and my crew stay in touch with our leads and clients. Email is especially helpful because we have multiple lead forms for ads. Close is solving the problem of company organization.

 ### 12. Exceptional Customer Support!!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikola V. | Junior Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Customer support is really good. Fanni, one of the team members, was super useful, polite, kind, responsive, fast and caring, and I just have nice things to say about him.

Overall, the software is pretty good; there is a slight learning curve, but it really has a lot of great features and capabilities that are amazing. The calling system is also super simple, and you can get a working number in a matter of seconds.

I was super satisfied with the software and would recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing in particular that I can say is "bad". There is a slight learning curve but you have Closes's tutorials that are really good and you have great customer support so that learning curve is not a big deal.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to start calling people.

 ### 13. organized team management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad G. | Director / Craftsman Plumber, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

If you've ever worked on multiple new home projects at once you know how hard it can be to keep ever team informed throughout the building process. Luckily for me close has all the tools I need to manage on-site teams and my quality assurance crew. Even messaging our international builders is easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

There is only one pipeline allowed on the basic plan. You need to upgrade to get more. I would pay for addons like additional pipelines or increased leads allowed instead of upgrading.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close gives me the tools I need to improve my management skills and streamline in-house tasks. This is good for directors and managers who have large teams like myself.

 ### 14. An easy and useful tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle O. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I think is really useful and quick to learn, it does have many features but as soon as you get a hold of it, it's easy to use

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes the dialer doesn't work when you are in a call, and it would be more useful if you can see the number dialed when you are in the call

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has all the companies information in one page, you dont have to look somewhere else. Is user friendly

 ### 15. lead collection at its finest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy D. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Collecting leads info from our Facebook ads has become a lot easier. We have dedicated landing pages for different services and before Close we struggled to organize the information we were gathering (relying on Google Sheets). Now we can integrate our tech stack with Close and all the details get input into your CRM. Life saver if you know how time-consuming manual data transferring can be. From there, we can call, email, or even text each lead manually or automatically. This is good for me because I vet each lead before we get into working conversations. Overall, love this CRM and the features. I know I'll be a long-time user and will get a lot of value out of Close.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I'm still figuring out the teams options and how to allocate different people to different parts of the platform. I want my marketing to have access to campaign options and I want my assistant to have access to pipelines and opportunities, etc.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really just helping me and my team stay on top of our lead flow and daily follow-up routines. Overall I am well satisfied with what I have seen from Close.

 ### 16. All-in-One App That Simplifies Communication Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

This app has everything I need in one place. I can easily change my number and use templates to contact people, which makes communication much more convenient.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I wish there were a calendar feature that allowed me to view both my upcoming tasks for the next day and the ones I completed the previous day. It would also be helpful if it could sync with my Google Calendar, especially for certain meetings.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have excellent access to all my leads, and the platform is very flexible. It notifies me promptly, which makes it much easier to stay on top of everything.

 ### 17. Effortless Setup, Ideal for High Ticket Sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared .

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love the simplicity of Close. It's super easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I would just like smart early flow, meaning, like, if you could do predictive dialing.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close makes communication easy and allows for simple use of different phone numbers, which is great for high ticket sales.

 ### 18. Intuitive CRM with a strong focus on sales efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris T. | consultat, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close convinces with its ease of use and clear focus on sales processes. Particularly helpful are the integrated call and email functions, which centrally map the entire sales process. The transparency within the team and the quick implementation have also significantly improved our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The reporting functions could be more flexible to allow for deeper analyses. Additionally, a somewhat broader selection of integrations with third-party tools would be desirable. Overall, however, these are minor drawbacks compared to the overall benefit.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps us consolidate all sales activities in one central location. Calls, emails, and follow-ups are directly integrated into the system, ensuring that no contacts or opportunities are lost. This saves time, creates transparency within the team, and ensures that we can process leads faster and significantly increase our closing rate.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin M. | Catering Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close is amazing! It is expertly built for sales teams to keep the pertinent information in front of you to make those items actionable and make follow-up very easy and central to your day. The clean UX and ease of use is like no other platform we've used. It was very easy to set up and the implementation of our sales process with the other systems we use is top notch! We've also leaned on their support team for help multiple times and they are super responsive. The frequency of use with Close is that it is our everyday driver for our sales team and essential to our process!

**What do you dislike about Close?**

There are great workflow options built in for regular follow-up with existing leads but it could become more of a marketing tool as well with some more robust/advanced workflow triggers or actions.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jürg at A. | Lead Engagement Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Close?**

In Close, it's very easy to create and manage a sales funnel. The system is highly sophisticated and supports cold outreach, follow-ups, and not only records calls but also transcribes them and generates a summary. Everything is in one place—no more Excel sheets, Outlook calendar entries, and so on. The tool helps me work much more efficiently and save time, significantly boosting my productivity.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

At the moment, nothing comes to mind. Everything is working perfectly.
The only thing that bothers me a bit is that I don't hear a ringtone when I make calls.

 ### 24. Best CRM I've used as a Sales Professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe T. | Enrollment Coach / Sales Professional, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you dislike about Close?**

N/A I haven't had any bad experience with close

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has all my work set in one place so I don't have to go app to app. Also like the AI notetaker during calls / summary sections

 ### 25. The CRM for volume

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor T. | Enrollment Coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

One thing I appreciate about Close that I have not seen on any other CRM is the Predictive/Power Dialer. Being in sales, it really helps because the ease at which you can dial a lot of people is comforting, You don't have to back and forth to the leads list to dial; that is a real hassle.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I'm hoping it's just my laptop....it's probably just my laptop, but when using the predictive dialer, there is a lag between dialing the lead and the lead profile showing up. There are certain bits of info I miss because of that.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to call a large volume of people. So for me, it's easier to reach KPI's.

 ### 26. Close is the best crm out there that although has a lot, is definitely worth it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abel G. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I have so many options to narrow down lists when using the smartviews. Workflows are also great, and are a core part of my business.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I wish I could name my downloads, instead of searching them by download date.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can qualify leads way faster.

 ### 27. 100% Recommend Close to Every Small Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Regan F. | CEO - Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close has been a software that I use daily since April this year. With their selection of integrations it's impossible not to get genuine use out of this. At the moment I'm using the built-in calling features for personal and business use. I like how I can record each call and hand off the recording to my sales reps and assistant so they can gather information about jobs and client needs / wants regarding their specific job.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Other than general navigation options I don't have any problems with Close services.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Job progression and data collection for customers. Ultimately saving me time and being able to hand off tasks to my team.

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close is a genuinely solid choice if you're looking for a feature rich crm. Will be a keen user for the years onwards

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Can't set up my email that's linked with my website but I can connect my personal GMAIL email account for sending so thats good alternative.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good for meeting reminders and outbound calls. Received a few calls from team members and I've never been disconnected

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Alot of minor issues currently. Lots of outtages that may or may not be Close's fault.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any time there is a disruption with a call, they are very quick to answer my call reports.

Not dislike, but there could be some more integrations possible, specially with HeyReach so we don't need to use N8

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real Data of our Marketing

 ### 31. faster sales processes & customer comms has become a reality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan G. | Managing Director & Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

What is most helpful about Close? For me, their pipeline creation tools are the best and being able to create custom fields for contacts. We collect a lot of data from our marketing and often segment our leads based on certain data points so been able to see each field we need to make better decisions is one of the best features in Close.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

At the moment there are latency issues with the phone features.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly Close has become our main CRM for leads and customers. We're not working out of Google Sheets anymore. Having a service that does exactly what we need has given us a lot of time back.

 ### 32. Fast Communication for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian . | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

There is a lot to work with on Close but its multiplatform use is the best for me (phone and computer). Like how I can automatically move contacts around different pipeline stages with the workflows. It's easy to forget to simply move someone if you're on the move and with their auto triggers and outcomes it's possible to progress contacts and customers easier without putting too much thought into it.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

At the moment external integrations seem a bit limited but I read the docs and they have a lot coming.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep contacts up to date is more manageable now. There isn't a lot that slips through the cracks at the moment.

 ### 33. Intuitive CRM with Easy Setup and Smooth Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camille H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like that Close is easy to use, which makes it convenient for my legal job when handling potential clients' information. I also appreciate the interface, and the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I don't like the phone app.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me manage potential clients' info effectively.

 ### 34. Everything a small business needs at a cost we can manage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close offers a very simple user interface that is pretty intuitive and requires little or no training to get started using the basic features. The startup support they do provide is very helpful, though, proceeding at the pace that we set and focusing on topics that we choose. Close seamlessly integrates with our email system and effortlessly organizes all customer-related communications in an easy-to-follow and understand fashion. As a former user of maybe the biggest player in the CRM space while at a former company, I can confidently say that I have gotten more value out of Close, even at a much more reasonable price point.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Close offers a very interesting AI summarization tool, but that is only included in their top-tier offering, which is a significant jump in cost. That top tier comes with many other additional features that do not make sense for our particular small business. While we'd love the AI summarization tool, we cannot justify the major cost increase. I wish that Close offered the ability to add on specific features for a smaller cost rather than the all-or-nothing approach.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we had no centralized way of organizing our customer contacts, leads, opportunities and communications. Close has provided us a simple, easy to learn tool that solves all of those issues. Reports are easy to read and understand AND modify to meet each user's specific and unique needs. Close is set up so it naturally pulls all of the important things to the top of my Inbox at any time.

 ### 35. The CRM of Simp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Simplicity is most certainly the most helpful thing about Close. What you see is what you get and the developers behind this software have somehow found a way to give sales teams like mine everything they need without sparing the essentials like custom pipelines, manual contact entry, or even bulk contact entry and call monitoring. My personal favourite is the in depth analytics you get for calls that you make and the notes areas you can write in within each contact / lead. I mention this because previously we've used Google Docs to record manually the outcomes of each calls, now we can do it all in one place which is insanely convenient for us.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Takes a while to figure out how to create and customise your own pipelines but once you do it's all up hill from there.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily contacting clients and leads. Close manages to fill that gap extremely well. We can do what we need inside the software and have really little requirements for third parties platforms now. We do have our own which is an extremely specific use case. But, Close does things specifically for us that ours doesn't.

 ### 36. Real Deal Sales CRM!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** E D. | Sales Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

From first glance I was sceptical about using Close CRM but now that I've had time to get familiar this is amazing!! Close feels like a sales CRM made by an actual sales team who knows what we want and how to do it. Opportunities, pipelines, email marketing, tracking, SMS and the A2P verification is insanely easy. Our sales team is integrating nicely and our leads are reengaging by the day.

The AI call summarizer is just what we needed as well as the live call monitoring. We record all our calls with third party software but having the notes summary is a massive weight off our shoulders. It notes things that some of our reps tend to miss. Dates, names, locations, etc.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

There's some lag between operator and lead on calls when the AI summarizer / note taker is on with call recording but with a decent internet connection it's not too bad.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping tremendously with sales analytics and call tracking. It's helping us stay on top of our KPIs and see where we need to make adjustments. We can either go by day, week, or month and right now we're split testing how often we measure our metrics.

 ### 37. Easy to use solution, extensive tools, reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ismail M. | Full Cycle Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Dialer is seamless and easier to use. Tasks are easily created and managed, with lots of quick links for easy research, and cadences are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I wish dialer would should preview of whose about to be called or have an options to research before going to straight to call

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping our sales team be more organized and efficient

 ### 38. Great for Organization, but Lead Filtering Can Be Complex

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

The layout is so easy to work with and stay on track and organized with my daily tasks.
Visually it makes so much sense and eliminates the guess work on where to find things.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I work with a large team so filtering through leads to find details I am looking for can sometimes be complex

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Completely steam lines my work day. I know who to contact, follow up with, where they are in the sales process.
Eliminates leads falling through the cracks.

 ### 39. Great, customizable, and seamless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesus A. | Senior Business Development Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

It is customizable to your needs in a very easy manner, very easy to keep leads organized, tracked, and in a pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The charges per minute for using the calling through their platform.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helped me solve the problem of keeping my data organized and clean, by being able to customize filters and workflows, I can easily organize interested and not interested clients.

 ### 40. Close makes calls and staying up to date with my clients amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominik L. | Senior Head Coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love how everything I need to do with my clients is available inside close, from calls to texts, emails, follow up reminders etc. It's super easy to use, easy to integrate and I use it every day.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I haven't found anything I don't like it for yet. I've loved all the features.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me to have everything organized inside my sales pipeline, it allows me to keep track of everything a-z with communication, marketing, sales and onboarding with clients. It's amazing.

 ### 41. My favorite Sales CRM on the market. Easy to use and figure out. Extremely customizable!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

It has everything. Including a good dialer, emailer, sms, as well as SalesForce like CRM functionalities. Also is automation friendly, and extremely customizable. The best CRM & Sales Engagement platform on the market. Getting it setup and implemented is supe easy. Integrations are also seamlessly doable. I use it daily for outreach and data management.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Can't think of any besides that importing data via csv doesn't always work 100% but 95% of the time it works. Customer Support could be better. I feel like they should provide customer support via chat, or some other way instead of just making it available via email. I am not a big fan of email only customer support model. But with that said, I also rarely had to use the customer support at close because the platform is intuitive and straightforward.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to have a CRM and Sale Engagement as two separate tools. With Close, I have them both in one package. Usually when you have two in one package of anything the quality of both of those things end up being inferior. With Close, this is not the case. I believe their Dialer and SMS is actually the best out there.. For the price they charge, the dialer is extremely good. And the CRM is extremely easy to use and intuitive. It's Automation friendly with the workflows.

 ### 42. good support and cheap software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan . | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

been testing out close for a few months and it has been a good journey. their support team has helped me get everything set up just the way i like it. all their phone features are cheap and one top up per month keeps me going.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

at first there was a lot to learn but i got some good help from the support team.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i've never been big on marketing efforts but thanks to close i now have a simple way to send out my seasonal offers and get some people into my business.

 ### 43. Close is just the best CRM, so smooth and simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio G. | Operations manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close is great, because the structure it’s build by. My employees could learn what we do in an hour or less just going through our CRM and looking at all the smart views and opportunities we have. We love it!!

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I would say that you can’t bulk edit some things like you can’t bulk edit custom fields

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hope the bulk edit for custom fields and duplicate leads

 ### 44. Great user experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian Y. | Acquisition Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I have been using Close for over 4 years across different companies I work with and it is by far my favorite CRM. Close offers a user-friendly friendly experience while still being a very detailed and complete CRM solution. As a sales person it covers everything I need to properly manage my process and pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I mean, really I am very happy with Close and all it's features. It has been a complete solution for me for years.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines my CRM needs with managing lead pipelines and effectively operating a sales process. This has allowed me to drive more revenue with my role because it properly tracks each prospects account and keeps things in order.

 ### 45. age appropriate CRM with nice navigation and clear instructions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neville M. | Director of Mace Landscapes, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

It's easy to understand and learn how to navigate it. This is good for someone of my age. Close has been helpful with me whenever I reach out to their support team and never leave me to figure things out on my own. I especially like the low cost to use the features and workflows. $35 will last me 2 or 2 and a half months before I reach my auto recharge limit.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Everything about Close and their support team has been helpful. I am struggling to think of anything bad to say.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Low cost email marketing and team channels.

 ### 46. best customer management platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Keeps my contacts organized and my messages in one app / platform. Even though we're a small construction company our contact list still grows each year. I've finally gotten everyone off my phone and into something more functional and robust where I can take genuine time off the tools and talk with customers and my building partners.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Took me a while to figure out how to buy a local number to use instead of my personal phone. Guided assistance for this process would be better.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Got all my customers and partners off my phone and into Close crm. so I can really get better at customer relationship building and follow-ups.

 ### 47. Easy to use and integrates perfectly with Gmail

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Easy to use and clear. And connected with Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

One downside is that it hasn't been translated into Spanish, which may be disappointing for some users, and sometimes difficult to understand some of the features.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We make cold calls as part of our work, so having a CRM was essential. We tried many different options, but this one turned out to be the most effective for our needs.

 ### 48. Very intuitive - great tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

As a sales manager of a growing SaaS startup, I’ve used quite a few CRMs over the years, but Close has been a total game-changer for our team. From the moment we made the switch, everything just felt faster, cleaner, and more intuitive.

What I love most about Close is its focus on productivity. The built-in calling and email features are seamlessly integrated, so I never have to jump between tools. I can dial a lead, log the call, and follow up by email—all from one dashboard. It’s a massive time saver.

The automation features (especially Smart Views and workflows) have helped us stay organized and ensure no leads slip through the cracks. We’ve also seen a noticeable improvement in response time and follow-up consistency, which directly impacted our close rates.

Another big plus: the interface is super user-friendly. My team ramped up quickly, and even less tech-savvy reps found it easy to use. No clutter, no unnecessary features—just what you need to sell effectively.

Support has also been top-notch. Anytime we had questions or needed help customizing something, the Close team was responsive and genuinely helpful.

In short, Close is built for modern sales teams who value speed, clarity, and results. If you're tired of bloated CRMs that slow your team down, give Close a try. It’s one of the best decisions we’ve made for our sales process.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The biggest issue for me is the lack of deeper customization options—especially when it comes to reporting and dashboards. While the built-in reports are solid for basic metrics, I sometimes feel limited when trying to drill down into specific data points or create tailored views for different team members.

Another small gripe: the mobile app feels a bit underdeveloped compared to the desktop version. It’s good for checking notes or making a quick call, but managing pipelines or accessing more advanced features on the go isn’t always smooth.

Finally, the pricing model can feel a bit steep for smaller teams if you want access to more advanced features. I understand the value is there, but I do wish there was a more flexible tier for smaller teams who don’t need every bell and whistle.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual Follow-Up and Lost Leads
Before Close, it was easy for leads to fall through the cracks. Managing follow-ups across multiple tools (email, spreadsheets, notes) created too much room for human error.

→ Benefit: Close’s built-in follow-up workflows, tasks, and reminders ensure no lead is forgotten. I always know who to contact and when.

Time Wasted Switching Between Tools
We used to juggle between a CRM, an email platform, and a VoIP tool. It was inefficient and slowed down every interaction.

→ Benefit: With Close, email, calling, SMS, and CRM are all in one place. It dramatically speeds up my daily workflow and lets me focus on selling, not clicking.

Poor Visibility into Sales Activities
Tracking what my team was doing (calls made, emails sent, deals progressing) used to involve digging through reports or asking people directly.

→ Benefit: Close gives instant visibility into team performance and deal progress. I can coach more effectively and forecast with more confidence.

Overly Complex or Clunky CRMs
Many CRMs are bloated with features we didn’t use and slowed down adoption across the team.

→ Benefit: Close is built for speed and simplicity. My team actually enjoys using it, which means more consistent data entry and better pipeline management.

Lack of Automation
Repetitive tasks like lead assignment, follow-up reminders, and email sequences took too much time.

 ### 49. cost efficient and reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig O. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close is one of the most cost effective options for business calling that I've found. I've only had to top up my account once ($20) and I'm still going strong. Cheaper than our national phone providers here. Had no trouble whatsoever when it came to organizing my contacts.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Happy days. I have no bad words for Close CRM or their team and app.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app is helping me manage comms inside my business and also keeping in touch with important jobs / customers no matter where I am in the city (Hamilton). I'm not tech savvy so I'm surprised how quickly I picked up the Close app.

 ### 50. electrician management software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob D. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Slowly integrating Close into my active software stack. At the moment I'm using Close to call our list of customers who active jobs in our pipeline. Basic follows pre and post electrical project and I'm also using the software to send sms reminders to our crew who have jobs to head out to. Previously we were using email.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

It took a while for our regulatory bundle to be accepted. This might not be a Close issue though because they're not processing the details directly.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All communication platforms in one place. That's a massive return on time. I don't need multiple apps, messengers, or email accounts open at once.
