**What do you like best about BSI Software?**

I like how BSI Software keeps everything organized, helps teams work together faster, and makes customer management simple. It avoids data confusion, reduces manual work, and improves team coordination. These features save time, reduce mistakes, let everyone see the same information, and improve team communication. They make managing customers and tasks much easier. Using BSI Software along with email tools, spreadsheets, and communication apps lets me share data, track tasks, and keep all teams updated easily. We switched to BSI Software for better organization, faster workflows, and easier collaboration across all departments. I would give BSI Software a 9 because it improves organization, saves time, and helps teams work together.

BSI Software can be complex to learn, some features are not intuitive, setup can take time, and reporting or custom workflows could be easier and faster.

As it uses Artificial intelligence in its system, I feel that the accuracy is not that great and needs to get models trained more on multiple domain datasets and industry standard templates.
