What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to send bulk text messages to customers. The interface is intuitive and easy to use- so much so that I was able to train my whole team on it in just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish it cost less. Our business needs are nowhere near the cap, so I wish there was a per-message rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This tool allows us to meet customers where they are and communicate with them in real time. We use email, mail, telephone, and SMS- SMS is, by far, the method customers are likely to respond to. Zipwhip makes this a snap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
