My account was switched to a yearly subscription without my authorization, which was really frustrating. I feel the company is dishonest and can't offer value. Their support seems fake, with no human interaction—just AI replying with templates. Also, I think their setup it's designed to scam you. Overall, I hope fewer people use this service.
