What do you like best about Textedly?

Textedly is easy to use and allows you to communicate back and forth with your contacts. It's an effective way to send quick messages and reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textedly?

I would prefer if Textedly had an app to streamline responses to contacts on a mobile device. The only way to do this is by signing in to the mobile website. Additionally, it would be nice if Textedly didn't charge for each user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textedly?

The website is easy to use and understand, and the when you need assistance, the Help desk is available and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textedly?

I've had several text campaigns completely fail.

I don't like how the text has to start off using my boutique name.

The price doubled and the service did not upgrade.

Customer Service deceived me into thinking I was getting a 50% off discount, but in reality, I lost half of the messages I had with my package....so I had 50% less messages for 50% less of a cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Danielle,

I wanted to clarify that your 50% discount does not impact the number of monthly messages included in your plan—you still receive 6,000 messages each month. If you previously received any bonus credits, those will continue to roll over until they are fully used. That may be why it seemed like your monthly message count had changed.

Additionally, due to carrier regulations, your business name is required to appear at the beginning of each message.
