I shopped around for an text marketing platform. I have not found another service that compares. The way they offer opt-in links, abilities to incentivize subscribers, and so much more. I'm very pleased with the customization and ability to make the landing pages your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UIUX could improve. character count could be extended per text. allowing emojis as a standard part of the text process without having to charge extra for an emoji. And it would be nice to see who is unsubscribing and customize a prompt so we can possibly collect info as to why they unsubscribed. The SlickText staff is by far one of the best to work with on the internet. Their chat team are quick and have helped me on several occassions. They respond quickly and in some cases when they needed time to work out an issue for me they called me back once solved so I didn't sit waiting for them to respond in chat.

Why I love sleep text. First of all it’s pretty simple to use and it’s very effective as a marketing tool, I’ve been using slick text for a month now and anytime that I have needed assistance. The support staff is always very friendly and professional and the joy to work with. Michael always goes above and beyond my expectations. Society as a whole is changing. How many of you actually open every single subscribed email you recieve? Or do they mostly just end up racking up in the promotion section of your email? Same here. Well, knowing that information––I didn't want to do an email newsletter for marketing my books. I knew the odds of them getting opened were slim to unlikely. Insert SlickText! My readers always have a phone in their hands––so using slick text to let them know about pre-orders opening, book sales and new releases was a no brainer. I highly recommend Slick Text! As a new user of SlickText, I was drawn to this choice because of how easy it is to set up, easy to integrate our approved contact lists, and use as a communication tool. The instructional videos are incredibly helpful to learn the platform quickly. I am looking forward to utilizing many of the options availalbe in their Marketing Tools library. My assigned SlickText representative has reached out to me frequently during my first few days and weeks with the platform to be sure I was finding everyting okay and asking if I needed any assistance. We use slick text a little differently. We use it as a communication tool during our training sessions with our attendees. It works great and can all be scheduled ahead of time to not require us to do anything with it during the events. It has been so helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to use it on desktop and mobile. I use desktop for creating campaigns but can still see important information on mobile and comunicate with my clients super easy. Slick Text is so easy and convenient to use. I am the administrator for a mens sober recovery home and this tool gets messages to all the residents and staff regarding all kinds of event happening at the house, AA meetings, special dinners, activities etc...
