I like how easy SlickText is to use while still being powerful enough to support real campaign strategy. The platform is intuitive, and I can quickly launch campaigns without a steep learning curve, which is really helpful. I also really value the strong deliverability and high engagement. Features like list segmentation, automated messages, and simple analytics make it easy to tailor campaigns and clearly show performance. Additionally, the onboarding flow is straightforward. While the basic reporting metrics are solid, more advanced or customizable reporting, such as deeper audience insights, message level comparisons, or easier export options, would be helpful to get more detailed performance for data backed decisions going forward. I don't think it was really clear to me how to use the smart links which didn't help me track the analytics I wanted to. For example, last year, I could use the link for our online donation form as a smart link, but this year I couldn't. And I wasn't always automatically prompted to turn a link into a smart link. So, there was really no way to separate data from last year to this year or by each campaign. I enjoyed onboarding by phone last year more than onboarding by chat. Ease of sending and scheduling texts. That you can reach masses without having to create and recreate lists when individuals are added. Being able to copy former texts instead of recreating the wheel every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That when texts cannot go out due to limitations on available characters you do not receive an immediate notice.

Individuals must subscribe in order to receive texts. While it limits use of spamming which is great, for organizations such as ours, it is important for all members to receive information, but with these restrictions, some do not due to being technologically challenged. We do not have the resources to assist every member with subscribing and some would prefer if we could do it on their behalf.

I love that slick text provides plenty of marketing materials such as QR code creators, printable flyers, contests, polls and more! It makes it easy to engage customers and quickly get sign ups during events and festivals. I have several store fronts so I post the QR codes in cute signs to increase sign ups. The only thing that I dislike is that I would need to do an upgrade to use it with my shopify store. So I'm still using another app to send texts for store orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not necessarily a dislike, and I am not sure if this is something offered but a discount or something similar would help since we are a non-profit food pantry and agency. It is an extra expense for us but the best way to reach our families. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we are able to communicate to our employees in an immediate way. You know trying to relay information to a lot of people can be difficult to do, especially when the team is spread out in different areas or working different times. I like that the employees can respond back if there are any questions. I wish it was easily integratable with monday.com, it would be nice to have it sync the agent info from monday.com into the slicktext contacts. However, its not the end of the world, we do it manually and it works! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
