What I appreciate most about Attentive is its user-friendly interface. Our team was able to set up automations, analyze performance, and manage campaigns efficiently, even with very little training. The platform truly seems designed with marketers' needs in mind.

I would appreciate greater transparency in the analytics, especially regarding revenue attribution. It’s often unclear how Attentive determines the revenue attributed to individual SMS campaigns. Because the platform isn’t fully integrated with all of our internal sales systems, it can be challenging to confirm the source and accuracy of these figures. Honestly, there’s not much I dislike. If I had to pick something, I’d say the pricing can feel a bit steep as your list grows, especially for smaller teams or startups. The customer support provided by Attentive is hands-down the #1 reason we stick with them. We have worked with several account reps over the years and every single one has provided excellent service, attention to detail, and reliability. Although they are not the cheapest or easiest tool out there, they are the most innovative and quick-to-market with new features (especially proprietary AI.) I'm very impressed by the amount of support and quickness of that support. Any issues have been thoroughly addressed and additionally, we've been onboarding to a new crm and they've been able to bend over backwards just to make that possible. What do you dislike about Attentive?

The only complaint on my end is attentive logs you out of your account every 10 minutes of inactivity then makes you log back in with your password and every 10 days they make you verify it with your sms. I appreciate Attentive's easy-to-use interface, which simplifies navigation compared to other tools like Bloomreach, Braze, and Klaviyo. This usability significantly reduces my workload and enables me to manage SMS and email campaigns more efficiently. I value the ability of Attentive to drive incremental revenue through better SMS and triggered campaign emails, alongside its capability to lower my ESP pricing significantly. The resourceful and responsive support team has been beneficial, as has the straightforward platform setup, which, despite the inherent complexity of email migrations, included replication of all our templates and journeys. Attentive is consistently building on their product in new and innovative ways. They open up beta programs to users and are always looking for feedback on the product and making changes accordingly. Our account rep is very knowledgeable in the platform - shout out to Adam M! He and the team come to our weekly syncs with ideas that are not just new features to pitch but ways to help us meet our goals. They get to know us and our company and provide suggestions based on how we operate and our KPIs. The portal or platform itself is easy to navigate. One challenge I’ve found with Attentive is that building segments can be a bit difficult. While the platform overall is easy to use, the segmentation process isn’t quite as intuitive and can take more time than expected, especially when trying to create more detailed or customized audiences.

Another area for improvement is the accessibility of their help and support resources. Unlike other software platforms where documentation and guides are easy to find and navigate, Attentive’s resources aren’t always as readily available. While their support team is responsive when you reach out, having more self-service tools and accessible resources would make it easier to quickly troubleshoot or learn new features on our own. If I have a random general question I can always email WhiteGlove and for numbers, or feature questions, strategy advice, etc I can always email my personal Attentive Rep, which I believe is gold. Other vendors I rely on and use do take several days to get back to me, so I know that means I need to research and stop working to take time to figure out what I need. Using Adobe Commerce, a lot of the metrics that I would like are not available in the dashboard and there have been some workarounds necessary to get actionable reporting. The integration could be better. It was, however, not a painful process to get the workarounds set up. Their support helped me out with out and it works fine for me.
