It affected my original launch timeline a little, but their support team was phenomenal throughout the process and helped get everything worked out. For me, the biggest benefit is having a professional, centralized way to communicate important updates with my team without relying on a WhatsApp or group-chat style channel. I'm only about a week in, but based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend it to business owners and team leaders.
