I use Textedly to contact customers directly about marketing campaigns and updates for my small business. Textedly provides a direct contact to customers without having to solely rely on social media, and it adds a level of exclusivity because customers have to opt in. I love that it is easy to use and that it scales with my business as our customer base grows. I also like how easy it is to integrate my client list. It would be very tedious to enter each contact individually, so I love that I can just upload my list and Textedly updates it for me, including any overlapping contacts.

I use Textedly to send out surveys to our consumers, and it allows me to send these forms without using my cell number. Plus, people can message me back, and I can respond directly from my computer. I really like the ease of use and how quick the support team is in replying when I need help. The initial setup was very easy, and that's saying something since I'm not very tech-savvy.

I like that Textedly saves me time and it's very easy to set up. I can post dates for my basketball camp and training times, and then my clients get to know right through text message since parents always have their phones. I really like everything about Textedly.
