I find Klaviyo easy to use, which is great because our social media managers have been able to use it for email marketing and manage our marketing campaigns without needing a dedicated email marketing specialist. I like that it's highly functional and effective, making our email cold marketing and campaigns a whole lot easier. Klaviyo is a complete platform that offers a lot of features, which made it a better option than our previous tools like Apollo. The setup process is straightforward for beginners, with a guided step-by-step onboarding process, and even though it was a bit complicated compared to Apollo, it was worth it for its features. Overall, it's a good option for us as it covers ecommerce, newsletters, and automation, not just lead generation.

The smart segmentation feature is another favorite of mine. Klaviyo makes my work easier and faster, saving me a lot of time and indicating that there's still so much I can learn and benefit from. The benchmark feature of Klaviyo is amazing too. The initial setup was very easy.
