**What do you like best about Voiro?**

Voiro has been an invaluable partner for us in recent years, seamlessly managing our order management system and revenue reporting during mission-critical sports and entertainment events such as the IPL, Cricket World Cup, and more. Regardless of the complexities of our queries or customization requests, the team has consistently demonstrated flexibility, accommodation, and provided effective solutions. This assistance has been instrumental in streamlining the organization's revenue operations and fostering a data-driven approach to business.

What truly sets Voiro apart is their profound understanding of the nuances within the video streaming advertising business landscape. The backbone of Voiro lies in its incredible team, always available to guide and assist using their expertise and experience.

**What do you dislike about Voiro?**

For complex video streaming businesses such ours, the platform could offer more modularity to the business teams. This will not only reduce dependancy on the support teams but also reduce the TAT on various smaller tasks which can be managed by clients themselves.

**What do you like best about Voiro?**

I enjoy the fact that as a Sales person, I spend minimal time populating and updating the tool. It is fast, effortless and easy to learn. The customer support team is very responsive and assit with no need for multiple follow-ups. All the imputs are direct and starightforward, making it easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Voiro?**

No dislikes - just a few internal additions that I think ourcompany could add to make the information that we imput clearer and cut down on internal back and forths.

**What problems is Voiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our internal briefing system is far smoother with less back and forths. All the information that out internal team needs is communicated and packaged clearly for the adops team making our ways of working processes much more efectient.

Time taken to deliver pre-defined milsetones could be a little better.

Voiro is helping us centralise activities for all major functions of the business (supply, demand, ops and billing). It has ensured we have a single source action and information centre to drive business metrics and support scale up. Our goal of moving away from multiple manual processes has been fulfilled through Voiro. Through this functional integration, it has drastically reduced the scope of manual error at all touchpoints and is starting to bring long term efficiency for the business.

Effective downtime in the working Manpower since migrating to this tool.

There is no dislikes as such.

Since this is a new tool for us there are minor bugs or issues which are reolved on time.

Previously we used to use different Google sheets for our day to day work, which includes lots of manual work and also there were chance of manual error.

Since migrating to Voiro all the things are at one place and very less manual intervention by users so the chances of error has reduced.

Analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving customer relationships. Very flexible in terms of integration with 3rd party systems and tools. A single system to work on combining the Sales and the Ad ops team together in a single workflow.

This is a CRM and AD Management Product and customizing some of the features to the individual customer needs is a challenge as it may not be in Voiro's product roadmap.

**What do you like best about Voiro?**

Daily revenue data show how business is shaping up, which is essential for the leadership team to make a business decision. What is booked, what is delivered and pending delivery. Risk reports and revenue reconciliation. Together these two features save Voot several person-days each month.
Risk reports are mainly very detailed and highlight the exact revenue loss. Getting these alerts daily in our inbox helps us identify our revenue at risk and take timely corrective measures.

**What do you dislike about Voiro?**

Some relatively small requests like adding or removing user access require us to talk to support.

**Recommendations to others considering Voiro:**

Voiro has helped us in many ways where our ad-tech stack has lagged. They have made the relevant data accessible, they have reduced the bulk of effort and redundancy for many smaller tasks. Voiro's automated mailers and alerts help us tremendously to track business health.

It can be challenging to implement, but we cannot imagine working without Voiro's suite.

2. Voiro's clean data helps our finance bill faster.

As one of India’s largest media businesses, Voiro has helped us manage large-scale ad operations extremely efficiently. The product handles complex business-critical events and provides our teams with all the data and insights that we need to make sure we are making the most revenue from our ad inventory. Voiro’s willingness to customize their product to our needs, and responsiveness in terms of processing custom data requirements has helped us run our business in a data-driven, digitized manner. The team, in particular, stands out - a small team filled with driven individuals who are willing to go over and above for their customer.

Our business runs to extremely tight timelines. While Voiro is always responsive to our requests for customizations and changes, we feel that they could have been even quicker at times.

**What do you like best about Voiro?**

With everything now on one system, our teams have found it easy to move away from these manual processes and streamline the way they work.
 This includes not just the usual sales-to-operations workflows, but other ancillary activities . 
Users can now do this on the system directly instead of having to work with several email threads. 


Voiro gives us the flexibility to imagine changes that will make our life easier, or save time. 
Their ability to customize their UI, reports and workflows is extremely valuable to us since we have a lot of ever-changing parts and it is critical for us to be able to react to these changes.

**What do you dislike about Voiro?**

Fully implementing Voiro has been challenging. We haven’t been able to achieve perfect data parity yet, but that is also because we have not yet completed integrations with all our inhouse ad servers.

**What do you like best about Voiro?**

Voiro automated a large part of Voot’s ad operations, making them generally more efficient. Their revenue reconciliation module saves our teams several man-days each month. In fact, prior to implementing Voiro, our teams used to spend as much of a week getting data ready to bill and invoice. With Voiro, that is now down to a couple of hours.


On the reporting front, Voiro’s data (risk reports, for example) are incredibly detailed and point out areas of under-delivery and potential revenue loss. These reports made it possible for us to proactively take corrective action, with significant impact on revenue at risk. Voiro puts these insights front and center in their product, as well as their email reports that arrive in inboxes each morning.

**What do you dislike about Voiro?**

Small things, such as for example the lack of a comprehensive admin suite. We had to reach out to Voiro’s support for some smaller tasks like user addition. While the team is always responsive, I feel that these are tasks that we should have been able to handle ourselves via the product.

**What problems is Voiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For one, Voiro’s reports and data help us identify revenue risks a lot sooner, giving us enough time to take corrective action. Clean and accurate revenue data helps our finance teams bill much faster, bringing our billing cycles down from days to a couple of hours. Finally, Voiro is our go-to for us to get a clear picture of the state and health of our ad operations business.
