Effortless Onboarding with Textla

Getting started with Textla’s marketing texting platform was refreshingly fast and straightforward—even with the added complexity of porting my existing text number. The support team, especially Kellen, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, coordinating seamlessly with my carrier and keeping all parties aligned via a shared ticket numbers. Their proactive updates ensured everything moved quickly and smoothly.

Remarkably, my number was fully ported into Textla in under three days, and I was ready to start messaging for my organization right away. Jeremy and Colum also played key roles in accelerating the onboarding. During my brief online meeting with Colum, he confirmed the support team was already mobilized for the porting task. What do you like best about Textla?

Textla has been a fantastic addition to our SigEp Balanced Man Program and alumni communications toolkit. It was incredibly easy to set up, and their customer service team was top-notch throughout the process. I did quite a bit of research before choosing them, and I have to say, not only is the service great, but the value is unbeatable. We had a wonderful trial period and quickly saw how effective it is for staying connected with our members. What do you like best about Textla?

Honestly, the support team is next level. Kellen didn’t just answer my question, he fixed the problem, gave me credits so I could keep working, and even offered to tag my contacts to save me time!!!!
