What do you like best about JustCall?

JustCall has a long list of integrations that are helpful in using the JustCall features on the apps we are using. In Gorgias, customer phone numbers link directly to the JustCall app and tickets are created for every call and SMS, helping us keep track of the conversations we have across multiple channels. What do you like best about JustCall?

The functionality was ok and integrates directly with Zoho but it was by no means seamless nor easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JustCall?

Their customer service is horrible, they issue invoices without explanations and their plans change routinely without any explanation. Overall, anything having to do with money feels like you're getting ripped off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
