What do you like best about Simpplr?

They have been providing excellent support throughout not only the implementation of the project but also the longer term after onboarding. They consistently update the product with new features and make upgrading easy. I also love the analytics on the platform to see what comms work and what needs to be re-evaluated. What do you dislike about Simpplr?

Simpplr is built on Salesforce, and for some, this may be a good thing, but because I am not a Salesforce engineer, it can be a real challenge to manage (but their support tends to help bridge that). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simpplr?

Simpplr support is always very helpful. They make sure to see the issue through with the end user. I like that the platform is very visually pleasing. I cant wait to see the new features that come out in April/May. I can see Simpplr is still growing and I am excited for our company to grow with Simpplr too! What do you dislike about Simpplr?

There are just certain features I wish Simpplr had that they might eventually integrate. Such as the ability to tag individual files. The ability to move drag and drop wherever necessary. What do you like best about Simpplr?

What do you like best about Simpplr?

Simpplr intranet helped bring our teams from coast to coast together. It's not only a great social platform for the company, but it also is a great host for company resources. We have how-to guides, pages & articles, user profiles with contact info, events, and tons more. Many new employees use it not only as a resource for information but also to learn more about fellow team members by browsing their profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simpplr?

The backend of Simpplr is used for user management (adding/removing employees & licenses) with a separate website. It would be easier if this process was integrated directly into the front-end interface, so we don't have to toggle between the 2 websites. When we remove an employee, there needs to be a better way to remove their name from the entire system, so their profile doesn't show up as the "owner" of a file or publisher of a page. "Quick Resolution During Salesforce Outage"
What do you like best about Simpplr?

We experienced our Simpplr site go down due to a Salesforce server outage. Of course, an outage is not ideal, but I appreciate everything the Simpplr support team did to communicate the status of the issue, keep us updated during the resolution, and their continued support as our intranet site got back up during the day.

As soon as the issue was realized, we opened a support ticket, and within 5 minutes we had a response from the Simpplr team. Nick Wort was outstanding! 5 stars! They pinpointed the Salesforce server issue quickly and provided links to the status pages so I could stay updated while they investigated/resolved the issue. In addition to the status pages, Nick kept me updated with a few messages that the resolution was taking longer than expected or a few hours later when everything was back up and running.

I just so happened to have a scheduled business review meeting that day with Anna McDonald, our customer success manager, and she also offered to assist and escalate the issue in any way possible. All support was appreciated! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simpplr?

The worst thing about the Salesforce outage is that we couldn't use Simpplr! We've made Simpplr the employee hub, so it was definitely noticed by employees when the site went down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simpplr enables employees to have an engaging employee user journey and find valuable information that helps them do their jobs efficiently. The platform allows Executive leadership to communicate meaningful and strategic goals to the company, as well as serves as a two-way platform for employees to engage with each other. What do you dislike about Simpplr?

We would love to see more formatting options similar to Word and Junglemail. Our CEO is very particular about how his executive memo look when they are sent out and we'd love to be able to have options to indent paragraphs, adjust spacing, indent bullets, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simpplr is exactly that - it's simple. The site architecture isn't overly complicated, creating content is straightforward, and interacting is clear and easy for all of our end-users. Best of all, the analytics and the insight give us internal communications measurement and employee feedback in a manner we can't track through traditional channels. We'd really benefit from more Microsoft integrations. Additionally, some of the platform support can be tough to do if you don't have a core IT team supporting (Although Simpplr has great articles and step-by-step directions, they aren't always quick fixes). Simpplr is so much more than an intranet. It's a way for people to connect and engage with the business and with each other. It's easy to get started, easy to organize, and it's FUN!
