**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink is easy to use, both as and admin user and standard user. System is easy to install and has a friendliy UI. I have contacted Customer Support for requests previously through our own team and these have been looked into. I use Blink almost daily, for communicating with employees and getting updates on the business. The app has plenty of features and allows for staff to freely comment as they wish with the ability to lock posts should the need arise. It has intergrated into our business well and is a go to app for all our staff.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Some staff see the app as way for the company to monitor them but these are few and in a signifcant minority.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for us to directly engage with all employees. Providing an oppurtunity to keep everyone up to date on the business.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like that it is a safe place for my coworkers and me to share ideas and techniques to grow as leaders while doing our jobs. I like how easy it is to post anything. I like how ready to help the customer service team is. I like the AI feature that allow me to easily integrate anything and use it every time I want. and it get implemented with no headache as well.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I would love blink to offer the opportunity to create stories not just posts. The content sometimes gets frozen before posting or loses its quality too much.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Blink is solving for us at our company is the lack of communication and engagement at a company level.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink has been great tool to reach every single colleague across the business. We have a significant number of front line workers who are either out on the road, on construction sites or operating in a warehouse, we are now able to be in the pocket of these people.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

It would be great to choose from multiple reactions on comments, similar to feed posts, however, I beleive this is being implemented in a future update.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink allows us to reach every single colleague in the business. From the CEO to the truck driver out on the road, we can be in the pockets of everyone. The app also provides a single place for consistent, regular business updates, as well as an easy way to access tools and policies for day to day working.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I love that blink allows our company to share updates, news, events, vendors, and changes within our company. I use blink atleast 3 times a day minimum. I enjoy having a central HUB area for all of my documents making files easy to locate by searching and filtering, I also really enjoy that LITERALLY everything I use in my day to day tasks can be located within Blink (Of course we had to build it out to our needs and everyone is different).Blink offers the ease of implementation making it effortless to navigate and simple to use, tailored specifically for our office environment. The customer service help option has messenger where they can connect you to a live agent and they can walk you through areas of struggle and assist you in a timely manor. If you're like me, I hate calling and being put on hold and the help desk makes it simple. Implementing Blink is a breeze due to its ease of integration, much like Facebook in my opinion when sharing posts, ensuring seamless navigation and straightforward usage within our office environment. When I need something I remind myself "Did you check blink?". If I need to make an annoucement to my collegues I ask myself "Did you Blink it?". You can also use a # at the bottom of a post to easily go back and track your posts when searching by including your # and it will pull up everything related to that specific hashtag.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I have been using BLINK for 3+ years and I have yet to find something I dislike.

Blink solves questions we may have within our office. We utilize BLINK before going else where for advice or recommendations for certain scenarios. It helps our agents and staff stay on top of changes, questions, and how to's

Super helpful agents other than the app being easy to use. Its also under development thats why theres still a lot of room of more improvements

as mentioned, it is still under development, thats why in comparison to other messaging app, theres still a lot of missing tools/features. but their agents are willing to listen to these suggestions so im expecting great things from them

**What do you like best about Blink?**

The features that I really enjoy is any time we push out policies and procedures we don't have to have long drawn out meetings. We can push the information to each employee for them to ead and acknowledge.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I haven't really come across anything negative, we are still relatively new to the application.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have all our documentation regarding our business, HR policies and pay in one spot. You can log in to blink and find answers to all your questions. You can push out policies and procedures and have employees acknowledge them and sign them from the app. You can encourage your team and can also let the team know about any emergencies or things that are coming up.

I love that Blink is our own personal Signature platform! Such a great tool to be able to seperate work from personal chats whilst seeing everything that is going on around the company/in each venue.

That you can only send one photo at a time in messenger. Not a big deal though.

Removing all my work chats from my personal WhatsApp. Meaning I have more 'me' time.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Easy to use. It is easy to post into the feed. I like confidential chat and the facility to store documents in the chat as well as information in Hub. It makes it easy to reach colleagues in my organisation with key information that is relevent to them.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Blink helps you write a post using a feature called Blink Assist. Sometimes this is really helpful but if it is used too often, it becomes repetitive.

**Recommendations to others considering Blink:**

Turn off notifications for a single post please?
We would like to acknowledge staff anniversaries (Congratulations - 1 year service etc) so would like to know if this could feed into the system to say who has a employment anniversary each morning or week- in the same was Facebook tells you when it is someone's birthday.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can communicate to the whole team, a number of teams or just a few members of a team. We have confidential team chats and store easy accessible documents.
We can communicate with each other at any time and get feedback on new ideas. If there is an important message than needs to go out to the team, such as an emergency road closure, it's useful that we can send a push notification with the message. This is very important with shift workers.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink has been a game changer for our organization! Since the very beginning of our relationship with Blink, we've been impressed. They implementation process was smooth, and the platform is so easy to use from a user perspective and as an admin. Our workforce is very dispersed and we were finding it hard to share updates with everyone, but Blink has connected us and overall our staff are more informed and engaged. The information is centralized and the platform itself is so similar to all other social media platforms, so the learning curve was easy. Our feed is busy, in a good way. Staff feel comfortable sharing information themselves (which has alleviated the workload for our Communciations Team), and the organization uses it to share news, important updates and all other information that is relevant to someone's job. I could go on, but overall we have been very happy and we appreciate that Blink works seamlessly on mobile and desktop. I would highly recommend this to a any company/organization with a dispersed workforce.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

We've recently experienced some issues with the search function when a feed post if featured, however the issue is being addressed and the support team has been very responsive.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to get important information to all staff, and Blink has solved this communication challenge. We had found that many of our frontline staff didn't check their emails as frequently as we'd like, and Blink offers us an alternative way to stay connected. Forms, policies, HR specific requests, email can easily be accessed through the Blink mobile app which is available at all times and not reliant on our server. This was one of the big reasons we wanted to make a change. This independance from our servers means that during outages and technical issues we can still communicate with our teams.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

This platform has a user-friendly interface that is inutitive and easy to navigate. It has good performance, things load quickly on the news feed so I'm able to see company updates. I like the feature that you can prioritize based on urgency and that you can also include polls. I like that you can celebrate, thumbs up or do other functions for the comments. My company frequently uses this platform and it continues to serve us well.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I find when I'm trying to download items off blink it can be difficult - a lot of prompts before I'm able to have accesibility to the forms other team members have added. Would be nice to add a survey option. I could do without the "suggestions for you" option, just feels like unnessisry clutter to the home interface.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A way to communicate that is less clunky then group emails. Keeps everyone in the company updated on a platform seperate from emails which are categorized differently.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I'm a huge fan of Blink, both as an administrator and as a user. As a user, the experience is fantastic, super easy use but also to snooze in times where you’re away from work.  It enables me to engage with all the teams across the wider business and collaborate when I’m needed without being overwhelming like emails can be. I use Blink everyday when I’m working and it’s my go too tool to manage communications about events, projects and updates that are required either for the whole business or specific smaller teams. As an admin user, the functionality and ease to make updates is second to none, it’s our go to for making our employee experience easily accessible and updatable.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

In our organisation Blink allows for 'private' group chats' to be set up which can lead to many unmanaged conversations, tricky when you'd like to colaborate as these are more difficult to manage. would be nice to turn on/off some functionalty. That said, its not an issue just a nice to have.

Allows our business to communicate and collaborate across all teams in an efficient and effective way
Enables us to have a platform for all company employee experience material, thats easily accessible on all platform whenever and wherever they may be

**What do you like best about Blink?**

As we have colleagues all across the country, driving trucks, on building sites etc, Blink has given us an easy way to reach everyone across the business. One of our biggest successes is using Blink to share our monthly video update which provided consistent messaging to all our colleagues, as well as providing visibilty to our senior leaders.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Blink has lots of great functionality, like storing important documents, accessing people forms, recognition, news etc but as you always land on the social feed, it can often feel quite busy when you first log in.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink allows us to reach front line staff who do not have access to a company email etc. We can now reach all staff in the same way so we can provide consistent messaging across the business.

I like the Blink gives us a centralized location for sharing social and business updates for co-workers. It's easy to login to and a simplee platform to post in. It's also a nice place to be able to post FAQ's or intranet documents.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Some employees are slow adopters because it's another piece of tech, but this isn't a problem with the platform itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Blink:**

Play around with it and see what works best for your company. As far as the HUB goes, organization is key but that will be different for each company.

We needed a good source for intranet, and sharing company social and news updates.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink has improved our internal communication dramatically while cutting down on hundreds of emails! So much more comprehensive than Slack. In addition to the news feed and the direct chat feaature, we are also able to utilize the HUB to share mobile friendly content to specific teams. The customer support team is great and made implementation super easy.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I would love if there was a push to email function so we also have the ability to push an email out for important communication.

Blink solved our problem of needing to manage 20+ group emails and bombarding our team with email communication that was difficult to sift through,

Blink finds a way to make the most out of your employee experience. Their goal is to work with you to find the solutions that can help you run your business better. Our teams use the group chats to stay connected with their teams. We set up personalized posts on a schedule for employee recognition. **What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink links a workforce together and provides a one stop shop that team members can access to complete their work day. The platform provides not only an outlet for communication and for team member camaraderie but also as a workplace hub. Blink is ultra responsive to feedback and uses suggestions to add enhancement and features to the platform. We would be lost without Blink!

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

The only downside of the Blink platform is that the  broad feeds can become a place of negative engagement by a few disgruntled team members. Often, important messages are ignored or not noticed because the feed is crowded with personal posts from team members. Blink could use more innovation that allows pushing mass private messages and the ability to connect a team member to a workgroup rather than a 1:1 message.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink acts as an employment Hub for direct care staff that had limited access to work platforms in the past. Blink not only solves communication challenges but the hub allows for single sign on technology that easily links a team member to all the apps and platforms needed in their role. Blink also has developed an innovative forms builder to help collect surveys and forms needed from a field based team of employees.

Blink has been a fantastic solution to our work 'intranet' needs. As it's like a social media platform, it has familiarity with our staff that makes it simple to use. It's easy to navigate and the hub section is really useful. Its great that it can also be broken down into teams so that the feed doesn't become too overwhelming.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink allows employees to sit on a level playing field; communication is not limited to a top-down approach, something which allows a togetherness across the board, helping new employees to integrate into the business, understanding its culture, with ease.

Blink fulfills a niche channel, allowing employees to raise awareness and communicate personal passions outside of business activity including fundraising; something which is more difficult to do on traditional channels such as Teams and Email. 

On a weekly basis we will see employees share information about their current efforts both in and outside of work, allowing us to connect on a personal level, understanding each other further. This regular use of the platform is great to see.

Customer support is, usually, helpful and friendly, although I have, on occassion, received a sharp response.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Blink, like any social media, is reliant on its user base for its success. While we can call to action for use of the platform, ultimately our engagement relies entirely on whether our employees want to use Blink. This is not something Blink can actively 'fix', however ensuring ease of accessibility is crucial. 

Blink's 'Hub' feature isn't the easiest to use or the most beneficial to our business. On a personal level I find it can clutter the dashboard for little value.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee Engagement is the big issue here! Ensuring that there is an active and, crucially, informal platform to develop a 'vibe' to the business is massive. Having a space to share business updates, the reward and recognition scheme, newsletters, and competitions, without cluttering the email inboxes for busy employees, is a boon!

How easy it is to use and the features! The feed is engaging for our employees and most people who have used it are happy with the simplicity of it. As a digital marketer, Blink allows us to fully engage and communicate with our large teams quickly and effectively!

Nothing I dislike, just a learning curve for some who are digitially savy and I wish I could add giphs on the app instead of searching for them externally!

Our Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager have been instrumental in making Blink a success for streamlining our internal communications. The design and functionality within the app is everything you need to get staff excited about using the app and posting regularly.

The design and functionality around the statistics could be improved. It would be helpful to have more ownership of this particular area to improve reports.

Before Blink, we sent out bi-weekly newsletters to keep our staff up-to-date about what was happening within the business and in specific teams. This took up a lot of time. Blink is a really colorful and engaging app that brings all colleagues in every business together. Supported with world-class hyper care by the team (thanks Elly and Maggie), I have been really impressed with the better functionality it provides over alternative platforms such as Yammer. The team are constantly developing the app as well which makes it future proof. There isn't a better engagement app for businesses.

The implementation team and support at Blink are entirely unique in my experience. The platform itself is very good and has enabled us to reach our wider team. It is intuitive to use and even a slight techophobe like me can operate it well!  I have been involved in many tech implementations and what you are sold at the outset rarely delivers, I can truly say that's not been our experience. The team at Blink go out of their way to find you a solution if it is not available at first glance.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Sometimes there are small glitches that prevent seemless use but this disappears rather quickly (opening an attachment and it is the wrong file). I am sure there could be more tech related feedback but from a people perspective, I am happy.

We couldn't brand it entirely to our business, that has been a little of the feedback to date - so we have essentially just kept Blink as the main name (clever on your part ;))

Blink is what we use for company comms outside of email and we LOVE sharing information about our clients, partners, etc. Being able to search past messages, highlight info to save for later, and upload pics/files is super helpful. Our Customer Success Manager, Kirsten, is also AMAZING.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Only thing I can think of is not being able to upload videos to chats and not being able to "like" someone's message in a chat (you can only reply to it).

**What do you like best about Blink?**

It's extremely quick and easy to manage and log-in. It's fun, engaging and it brings colleagues across a business together, sharing best practice, community and charity achievements, long-service, standards, the list goes on.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Nothing - I just think it has room to really evolve over the next few years.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives colleagues who don't have access to our primary platforms, the ability to engage with the business and understand what's happening. We also use it to launch incentives and competitions.

Using the hub feature important notices can be found in one place.
No longer required to print off notices to display on notice boards.
Also helps improve emplyee morale, I like to post good news stories.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I was first intoduced to Blink through anouther business in our group, and with almost no turorial was able to start using and understand the platform well. I was particualry suprised by how easy it was to login for the first time. It's very intutive and is being well used by there teams two years on. For us, it's helping to maintain our personal culture as the business grows nad bring our newer members closer to leadership and improve their orientation.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Have not found any downsides yet. I do think in a lot of ways it's simplicity is to it's credit. I have seen platforms become too feature rich, reuslting in users becomming disengaged. I think Blink have actually got the balance right.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying connected as a growing business. Improving communication with front line team members who are not engaged via email. Sharing best practice. Helping team members make connections with key departments and personnel.

Blink is a great way for us to communicate with staff and our agents.  It is very easy to use and not complicated.

Would love to see more functionality with notification settings.  More options with what we can choose to get notified for.

Main problem it is solving is helping us not need to send so many emails.  Blink has significantly cut down on the amount of emails we are receiving and sending.

I love the ability to stay connected with coworkers in a safe and efficient way. We use it every day to update our caregivers especially when our other apps have issues. Blink is very reliable!

I actually can't find any downsides as Blink has been my go to app to solve problems that other apps are lacking.

It helps us to have polls and hear crucial feedback from our caregivers. It is a safe place of communication to strengthen the bonds between our employees. Lastly, Blink is a very easy way to update our caregivers when we have issues with other apps so that everyone is on the same page.

One standout feature is the 'hub,' which acts as a centralized space for all our staff to access relevant files and documents. What sets Blink apart is its ability to achieve this without the need for costly Microsoft Office accounts, making it a cost-effective solution for our organization.

The Blink team has been incredibly accommodating throughout our journey with the platform. Their support in incorporating separate department feeds onto digital screens has streamlined communication within specific departments and office locations.

In addition, the onboarding process was a breeze, thanks to its user-friendly interface and intuitive design. The support we received during this transition was unparalleled, emphasizing the commitment of the Blink team to ensure a smooth and efficient integration for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

While our experience with Blink has been overwhelmingly positive, it's worth noting that there is room for improvement in the training materials provided. The current 'Blink Champions' approach, utilising a train-the-trainer method, has its merits, but given the nature of our organization with staff located across multiple sites, and considering staff turnover, a more accessible solution would be beneficial. Incorporating digital and interactive training materials could enhance the learning experience for our team, ensuring that everyone can maximize the platform's potential.

the featue which fails us the most is the search function. It rarly find the information you are looking for

Blink is always developing - their continuous platform improvements has constantly enabled our organisation to offer new and exciting features to improve employee experience across the Hospital. It's also incredibly user friendly - the platform from an administration perspective is so easy to use an intuitive, you don't need to be a tech genius to naviagte it. It's been pivotal in improving connection across our organisation, making sure the right people are getting the right information, in an accessible and fun way. Their customer support team and Customer Success Managers are fantasticly attentive, supportive and innovate in providing options to help ius improve the platform.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

The only thing I could think of, is I'd love to be able to brand the folder icons... but that's it!

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connection and culture of communication, ease of access for frontline workers, organistaion wide recognition, technical solutions, hosting processes and forms.

With Blink, we were able to establish a dedicated two-way communication channel between seafarers and employees through a single mobile/desktop application, to connect shore and sea for various communications such as important company updates and news and collection of feedback related to crew safety and retention, and to celebrate successes and develop a culture of team recognition and support.
