## About Blink
Blink is a leading employee experience platform designed to connect users to the tools, information, and actions necessary for effective work performance. Specifically tailored for frontline and deskless organizations, as well as complex and distributed workforces, Blink addresses the digital divide between desk-based and non-desk employees. This platform ensures that every worker, regardless of their work environment, has access to the resources they need to excel in their roles. The target audience for Blink includes industries where a significant portion of the workforce operates without a traditional desk, such as healthcare, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail. By providing a mobile-first digital front door, Blink unifies communications, knowledge, and workflows into a cohesive platform. This integration promotes higher adoption rates, increased productivity, and enhanced employee engagement across organizations. Unlike traditional intranet solutions or standalone communication tools, Blink facilitates actionable insights, allowing employees to not only receive information but also to engage with it effectively. Key features of Blink include a comprehensive employee communications system that offers a social-style news feed, priority posts, push notifications, newsletters, and two-way messaging. This ensures that all employees receive real-time updates and can communicate seamlessly. Additionally, Blink serves as an employee intranet, providing a centralized hub for easy access to documents, policies, HR tools, workflows, and third-party applications. This streamlined access is particularly beneficial for organizations with a diverse workforce, as it eliminates the need for a company email address or fixed workstation, allowing for quick onboarding through single sign-on (SSO) authentication and an intuitive mobile interface. Moreover, Blink enhances employee engagement through features such as peer recognition, surveys, onboarding flows, and shift scheduling. Its built-in AI capabilities improve search functionality, content creation, and analytics, enabling employees to find answers quickly and communicate more effectively. The platform has demonstrated significant impact, with customers reporting an average of seven app opens per day per user and a reduction in frontline attrition of up to 25%. Blink’s high employee activation rate of 95% and its endorsement by global organizations like McDonald's, Domino's, and Nokia underscore its effectiveness in fostering a connected and engaged workforce. Recognized as a leader in employee engagement software, Blink continues to set the standard for employee experience platforms in today's dynamic work environments.

## Blink Reviews
 ### 1. Facilitated Team Connectivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kingsley G. | Head of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I find Blink easy to use, much like social media apps, which helps our not very tech-savvy staff to adopt it easily. I also appreciate their good customer service team that is willing to help improve our engagement and has different ideas on how to build it further. Their constant reminders and helpfulness get us back on track. They advised us to start small and build from there, considering that we often dream big without knowing if it will succeed or fail. Additionally, the initial setup of Blink was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Some of Blink's APIs and integrations could be better, including more features, improved error handling, allowing custom fields, and better throttling. The chats/communities aren't mandatory, so people can opt out of business communications, meaning we have to use the feed for it instead.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink to connect staff across 16 locations, solving connectivity issues and streamlining communications. It provides a centralized platform for apps and content, making tasks easier. Its user-friendly interface suits our non-tech-savvy staff, and their supportive customer service enhances engagement.

 ### 2. Game changer for employee engagement!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | HR Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink is a simple, effective, easy to use workplace tool. It allows managers to keep the team updated with what's going on within the organisation as well as allow employees to post questions, duty swaps and much much more. With the majority of our workforce being out on the road for most of the day, the messaging feature in Blink is extremely helpful and definitely cuts down the time it takes to deal with issues. The hub is also a useful feature to store files for everyone to have easy access to. To summarise, I don't know what we used to do before we had Blink!

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

If not properly monitered it can turn into Facebook with people posting non-work related things!

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink is great at improving employee engagement

**Official Response from Jane:**

> Chris, thank you so much for your 5-star review! 🌟
We're thrilled to hear that Blink is making a positive impact on engagement. Our mission is to ensure every employee feels connected and valued, no matter where they are. Your feedback reinforces the importance of bridging digital gaps and providing a platform where everyone can stay informed and engaged. If there's anything more we can do to support your experience, please let us know.
We look forward to continuing this journey with you!

 ### 3. Super Simple Setup, Rich Features, But Search Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael J. | Data Integration Manager, Insurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I really like how incredibly easy Blink is to set up initially, even with our wide user base. Everyone could fully update it without any difficulties, regardless of their skill level. Also, the social features fill a gap we had with previous intranet platforms, providing the ability to communicate and post updates, which was something completely new for us. We used to rely heavily on chain emails for social interactions, but now Blink gives us an outlet for posting social events or non-business-related updates, which is nice. Moreover, the knowledge base has been great for storing all our policies and procedures in one place, and it's accessible anywhere, which is a huge plus. Using Blink is simple, without the need for any HTML knowledge, unlike other intranets where things were much more complicated.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I think the search feature was pretty good although sometimes even, yeah, depending on what you were searching for, might just get way too many results, and then it's hard to drill down and find the one that you want maybe by time frame or anything else like that. The only thing that maybe could have been a little bit better is

**Recommendations to others considering Blink:**

The social media aspect of Blink was at first a little offputting for us since we just wanted a basic intranet site, but once we launched it, our workforce has really taken to the "Feed" feature.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink to store processes and procedures, making access easy from anywhere. It's simple to set up and everyone can use it without difficulty. The social features reduce chain emails by letting people communicate and post updates.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Michael,

Thanks for updating your review of Blink, it's great to get some refreshed feedback.

Search is one of our top priorities for product development at the moment... so watch this space!

 ### 4. Boosts Engagement and Connection Across a Remote Workforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leanne M. | Internal Communications & Engagement Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

The opportunities for engagement with colleagues, particularly targeted engagement through the feed, recognition, reactions and chat. It can give an instance sense of sentiment across the business and within a remote workforce it helps us feel more connected.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

At first, it can feel a little overwhelming to use, but that's mainly because we only had a broadcast app before. Now that we have been using it for a while, that feeling has settled, and there is very little about the app that I don't like.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a predominantly remote workforce, and in my job I support a wide geographical area. Blink helps me to communicate to a bigger audience. It also allows colleagues to provide feedback instantly, creating more meaningful engagement and giving valuable insight.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Leanne,

Thanks for leaving a review of Blink! We really appreciate your feedback and it's fantastic to hear that the platform has been working well for you, particularly for connecting a dispersed and remote workforce.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team in-app if there's anything we can help with!

 ### 5. Seamless Communication for Seasonal Programs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julio L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I personally really like how easy it is to use Blink on both the app and desktop versions. It's super helpful being able to toggle back and forth, especially when working with parents and when I'm on the go. I can start a message or a group chat on my computer and continue seamlessly on my phone if I need to address something urgently away from my desk. This versatility is particularly useful given the younger age of the counselors we work with, who seem to prefer app-based functions. Additionally, the initial setup of Blink was super easy and we got integrated pretty fast after attending a webinar. It has been very versatile and meets all of our needs. With Blink, I find it super helpful that we can turn it on when we need it due to our seasonal work and then reduce the number of accounts when we don't. It's also very affordable and on par with other options like WhatsApp and iOS group chats. Overall, Blink has been as good, if not better, than what we previously had with Workplace by Meta.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I would say potentially one area of growth just from an HR perspective. It would be helpful if our company would have access to communication history that happens between our staff just in the event that we ever do need to kind of review that. Just like, you know, if HR needs to review emails history between staff, it would be helpful if HR can also do the same thing through Blink.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink helps us streamline communication and share resources with staff for our summer programs, making it easy to manage onboarding paperwork and training schedules. It supports seamless communication through group and direct chats, which is vital as we prepare for and run our summer season.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Thanks for your review Julio - we really appreciate your feedback! Very pleased to hear hear that the platform is working well for you.

 ### 6. Blink Transformed How We Connect and Communicate as a Community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I found Blink a very innovative tool, for communicating with our colleagues. I believe that it has started to change people's understanding of how we are trying to communicate, not just about business related news, but as a community, which we have many of.

Under our Comms account, we post regularly, multiple times for the week, and sometimes daily on business news, or community related news. We regularly run campaign and initiatives, raising awareness for different causes. Fundamentally, through Blink, it has allowed for us as a department to understand and start to build a rapport with our colleagues, something which we wasn't quite able to do when we just used emails to communicate. Additionally, where we have launched communities across the business, based on similar interests, it has further allowed for rapport and combined interests to come together and connect.

As an Org Admin, it is very beneficial to see the content we share, and how it performs. By seeing this, we can then provide a more in depth insight when explaining how our content lands with people.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Nothing major that really comes to mind. I do think that the pages, when creating and building a page, it's quite basic, and restrictive with how it looks, and what we can do to bring the page more to life and look inviting.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned, I’d say it’s been about building that bridge and strengthening rapport with our colleagues, which wasn’t quite there before. We’re starting to help people understand how comms works and, in turn, creating more space for them to share their thoughts and ideas.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Thanks for your review of Blink! It's great to hear that the platform is working well for you - particularly for building a rapport between colleagues which wasn't possible with email (that's exactly why Blink was created!). I've linked our helpdesk article on Pages for reference, thanks for your feedback on these.

 ### 7. Streamlines Compliance and Enhances Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I really like the forms feature in Blink. They allow us to create and easily share forms, which are accessible on tablets, phones, and desktops. Capturing signatures with these forms is very important to us. Additionally, they turn digital forms into PDFs that we can store electronically, helping us move away from paper. This feature helps significantly in our transport operations where compliance and interaction with frontline staff are crucial. It helps us capture evidence that certain processes have been followed, like drug and alcohol testing or vehicle checks, and makes the whole process less time-consuming. Blink does all these things in a very engaging way, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I do think that sometimes it can be a little overstimulating because there's an awful lot of content on the first pages. That's fine for some people, particularly if they're using the app regularly. However, for some people, particularly those who are neurodivergent, or just busy and not checking in very much, the amount of content can be quite overstimulating. A 'reduce content' button might help allow people to process that in a simpler form.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink to streamline processes in transport operations, improve communication, simplify compliance, and provide easy access to information. It reduces time in processing forms and helps share updates and policies effectively.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Kathryn,

Thanks for leaving such a detailed review of Blink - it's great to get high quality feedback as we continue to grow, welcome more customers and develop the product.

It's great that Blink forms has helped you streamline processes across the workforce - particularly for important tests and checks.

We've also recently built the 'recommended' feed toggle, at the top of user feed pages, which helps to streamline the most relevant and engaged content that employees need to see.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to support@joinblink.com if there's anything else we can help with.

Best,
Tom

 ### 8. Easy Setup and Daily Use—A Great Free Option for Charities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henna L. | Programmes Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink was very easy to set up, and it’s just as easy to use day to day. As a charity, it’s been great to know there’s no cost for us to use it.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

As a charity user, we get Blink for free; however, we’re unable to take advantage of Blink Forms. As a charity, we have many different team members who use Blink, and we would really benefit from using Blink Forms directly rather than having to link everything to Microsoft Forms. It’s such a shame, because this seemed like a great feature for us. Additionally, there’s no setting to allow or disable email notifications.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all our nurses on one platform is great. The only issue we’re running into is getting our nurses to join, but unfortunately that’s not something Blink can fix.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Henna,

Thanks very much for leaving a review! We really appreciate the feedback, and it's fantastic that our Blink for Everyone option is working well for your charity org.

Feel free to drop me an email at tom.s@joinblink.com - I'll speak to the engineering team about turning on Forms for your org.

Be great to get that working for you!

 ### 9. Blink: Clean, Intuitive, and Quick to Roll Out Across the Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

We previously used another platform, which has since been discontinued. When searching for a replacement, there were limited suitable options available; however, Blink stood out. It was straightforward to set up and allowed us to onboard the team quickly. The platform is clean, intuitive, and easy for staff to navigate, even for those who are not particularly tech-savvy. This has helped drive engagement across the team, as users can quickly access what they need without extensive training. Performance has been reliable overall, with no significant issues. The system runs smoothly across devices, and we’ve not experienced any major downtime or delays. From a cost perspective, Blink offers good value for money. The ease of use and quick implementation meant we were able to realise benefits almost immediately, making it a worthwhile investment for our organisation.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

There are a few areas where Blink could be improved. It would be beneficial for each team member to have a more interactive profile where they can post updates and engage with others, helping to build better communication and team connection.
Additionally, it would be useful to have a clearer, more visible way to see who has read messages without needing to go into the settings.
Finally, introducing features such as polls would enhance engagement and make it easier to gather feedback from the team quickly.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink is helping to improve communication across our teams, particularly in ensuring that important updates and information are shared quickly and consistently. This has reduced reliance on emails and informal messaging, giving us a central place for communication.
As a result, staff are more informed, engagement has improved, and we have greater confidence that key messages are being seen across the organisation.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi there!

Thanks for leaving a review of Blink - it's great to hear that the app is proving useful for your teams and you're seeing a genuine ROI.

Really appreciate the suggestions for app improvements - I'll report these back to our product team. Blink does offer functionality for polls, which you can read about in our help-desk here: https://helpdesk.joinblink.com/en/articles/10111360-a-user-guide-to-polls-on-blink.

If you need any active assistance our support team are on-hand and can be reached through the Blink app.

Best,

 ### 10. Blink for Logistics Companies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like that there is a home page & a messaging platform. I also enjoy using the team recognition feature where you can shout out team members that are doing well, have improved, on their birthday, or on their work anniversary! Another thing I've enjoyed about Blink is that they have listened to our feedback in ways to better the platform. For instance, my team suggested to them that they allow the use of all emojis when reacting to messages, and that was a feature they included in their next update.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

The only thing I'm currently disliking about Blink is one of the features included in the last update. You used to be able to click the create button, search the person's name who you want to message, and then it would bring you to your direct messages with them even if you've already created a message with them before. But now when you do that it creates a separate chat that almost looks like a group chat between the two of now. The workaround for this is now you must search their name in the search bar, click their name, then click Chat, and send over a message or it will bring you to your existing direct messages with them. A pretty nit-ppcky thing that I dislike but I'm just being honest here.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink has created the solution of how we can disseminate important information to all of our different stations and drivers. It makes it much easier to communicate when you can have different groups that need to know different information. It was very easy to get used to when first switching over after Workplace/Workchat was shut down, and they have since listened to any add-on ideas we've had to make it more user-friendly. The Hub is a great place to keep important documents that you want all employees to be aware of, and you can also make them Mandatory Reads so you can know who has read them or not, which is very helpful if you legally have to distribute a document to each employee (we love saving the Earth one paper at a time!). All in all, I would recommend Blink to other companies that need to communicate electronically. I also enjoy it more than Slack, if you're thinking about switching from Slack to a different platform.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi there,

Thanks very much for taking the time to leave a review of Blink.

It's great to hear that you're enjoying the core functionality of the platform, and enjoying the recent emoji update!

I'll feedback your comments on the recent workflow change for direct message search to our product team - we're always looking to streamline these processes so we really appreciate your thoughts.

There is a summary of how to 'search' in Blink in our helpdesk which may be a useful read here: https://helpdesk.joinblink.com/en/articles/8179044-searching-blink

Do reach out to our support team if you're in need of any active assistance with the platform.

 ### 11. Efficient Communication, Needs Enhanced Poll Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like that Blink allows our field employees to talk to our office staff on a leisurely basis. It lets them communicate when it's a good time for them, not necessarily when it's convenient for someone else. Private messaging and contacts make it easy for our employees to communicate, and the translation feature is especially useful since many of our employees are not native English speakers. This helps ensure that everyone can communicate easily and everything is communicated clearly. I also enjoyed how easy Blink was to use; it felt familiar and kept everybody up to date, which was crucial during the COVID time when we couldn't be in the office together.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I would like more features on the polls or surveys. I feel there's a lot that stops you from getting exactly what you need. It's very limited.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink lets us communicate with field employees without disruptive calls, offering leisurely, flexible messaging. The translation feature helps staff communicate clearly despite language barriers. It kept us connected during COVID, so we continued using it for easy updates.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Leslie,

Thank you very much for leaving a review of Blink.

It's great to hear how the platform has empowered your field staff to take ownership of their own time and colleague communication at work, particularly during trickier times like COVID.

I'll forward your poll feedback to the team, you can also read our help-desk article on polls here: https://helpdesk.joinblink.com/en/articles/10111360-a-user-guide-to-polls-on-blink

Hope that might be helpful, and thanks again for the review!

 ### 12. Streamlined Communications with Stellar Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah Tiedeman T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like how easy Blink is to use in collaboration with our other programs. Having single sign-on (SSO) to all our regularly used programs like SharePoint, our rostering systems, and even the uniform ordering portal makes it a one-stop shop for all our employees. The addition of Blink Live has greatly helped us with getting our critical communications out during shutdowns, allowing our crews to participate by asking questions and getting up-to-date answers wherever they are. The initial setup was super easy, and while we still use email and Teams, Blink has taken the lion's share of communications now.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

We recently have visited the ideas on journeys and would like to customize one for birthdays which is not yet available.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Blink for real-time communication, essential during train operations. Blink Live helps in shutdowns, enabling staff participation. Integrations with tools like SharePoint streamline tasks previously requiring admin assistance, reducing our back and forth, especially for night shift staff.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Sarah,

Thanks so much for leaving a review of Blink - it's great to hear how SSO has enabled Blink to become a genuine one-stop-shop for all employees, and your primary comms platform over email and Teams - Fantastic!

We love the Birthday idea for journeys - I'll feed it back to the product team.

As always, our support team are available in-app if there's any active assistance you need with the platform.

Best,
Tom

 ### 13. Handy Hub for Gardening Company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bailey M. | Organisational Development Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like being able to keep resources and links to other company materials all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Being a company that is predominately frontline workers there is a cohort of people who either do not use the service, find it difficult to keep up with technology or simply find "apps" useless.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping to unify where materials and resources can be found. It also helps highlight the great work happening on the ground that other teams, states, and even those across the Tasman might not otherwise see. Having a centralised space for recognition and shout-outs from my People Team, as well as across frontline and operations staff, has been really valuable.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Bailey,

Thanks for leaving a review of Blink - really appreciate you taking the time!

It's great to hear that the platform has been useful for consolidating digital resources.

Blink is purpose-built for the frontline, and we often hit upwards of 90% adoption across frontline teams through a tailored implementation approach. If you're interested to hear more or want to workshop ways of activating the frontline then feel free to reach me on email: tom.s@joinblink.com

Thanks again for the review!

 ### 14. Great for Keeping Teams Informed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine D. | Director of Clinical Services and Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

It's such a great way to keep my team informed of what is going on.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Notifications don’t always seem to work reliably for people. Also, when I make a post and mark it as urgent, I can’t edit it after it’s posted if I notice a typo. One more thing: urgent posts should default to allowing everyone to reply, rather than the opposite.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed software that my team could use to connect. It's helped a lot.

 ### 15. Solid Team Connectivity with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like using Blink for its group features, which help us categorize team members and specific projects. The required reading post notifications are really useful because they let managers know if team members have seen important posts. The chat feature is also great for allowing team members to connect privately. The initial setup of Blink was easy, which made the transition smooth for our team.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I would like it to have more of a social media feel like Facebook Workplace used to have. I feel like it would be more user-friendly. I don’t like when you post you have to pick so many options.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink to keep our team connected across the country. It solves our connectivity and community issues with features like chat for private connections, required post notifications to ensure visibility, and groups to categorize team members and projects.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Leah,

Thanks for leaving a review of Blink!

It's great to hear you found the app easy to set-up, and it's making life better for team communications.

Noted on the 'social media' feedback - I'll pass it on to our product team.

Best,
Tom

 ### 16. User-Friendly, Multilingual Connectivity with Minor Gaps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I really like Blink because it's very user-friendly and works well for us since we work in multiple languages. The automatic translation function is vital. It's easy for people to upload images, and since it resembles other systems people are used to, it's very easy to use. I appreciate the ease of use and the simple functionality it offers. The hub is a fantastic resource for our knowledge library, making it easy to share resources, upload attachments, share links, and include videos. It's particularly helpful that we can add to it whenever needed, and it supports multiple languages with easy-to-create pages. The feed has been particularly useful, and the induction journey feature is great for onboarding new organizations. Overall, Blink's transition from Workplace was smooth because they are similar, and having support to transfer accounts over really helped.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I think this is changing now, but it's been an issue not having email notifications about anything that's been posted on Blink because we're working with lots of other organizations. This is not their home page. They're not in it all the time. So people don't necessarily remember to go and check and see if there's any news from us. So when we're sharing, for example, news about webinars or news about funds or any other news that we want everyone to see, we can't be sure that everyone's going to see it within the time frame. So if we could have email notifications, then people would be prompted to go and check. The only other areas, I think the analytics could be improved slightly. It's been good so far, but sometimes it'd be helpful to be able to sort of do a bit more deep dive into analytics of which documents have been read and be able to choose a period of time to look at as to when you were looking for how many users and things like that.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink to connect and share news with organizations globally. It's user-friendly, supports multiple languages with auto-translation, and simplifies uploading images. The hub is a great resource library, and the induction journey helps in onboarding. The feed is particularly useful for updates.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback with us!

We're glad to hear that you find Blink user-friendly and appreciate its multilingual support and automatic translation function.

Understand the importance of email notifications - we're continuously working to improve our features, including analytics.

Best,
Tom

 ### 17. Easy Audience Segmentation, Seamless Integrations, and Excellent Setup Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink gives us an easy way to segment our users into audiences for optimal targeting and communications distribution. The UI makes it easy to use, and it integrates perfectly with our internal systems. Our ROI goes beyond financial impact, and we've seen a boost to our internal community as a result. The team that supported us throughout the setup has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

At times, the platform misses small features that you would expect to be available, like the ability to edit a corporate post as an admin.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink has helped us connect a massive workforce across the country into one unified place, giving them easy access to documents and resources that they use every day.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Thanks so much for leaving a review! It's great to hear that the platform is working well for you, and your experience with the team was excellent! Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team in-app if we can help with anything. **Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I really like Blink's range of capabilities for communicating, as it allows me to reach staff all at once with consistent messaging. The staff directory is helpful, and the portal where we can search policies and procedures easily is great. When I need to reference policies or check something quickly, they are easy to find in the Hub. The initial setup was easy and straightforward.

 ### 19. Great Engagement Tool for a Non-Centralised Workforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul K. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

It is a great engagement tool for a non-centralised workforce.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Some of our workers are not tech-savvy and struggle with using the APP

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with a remote workforce it is important that you connect values and culture to workers. BLINK is a great tool that allows us to "speak" to all of our teams and send a central message. It also helps us to react quickly to weather events / traffic incidents to ensure that our teams are kept productive and safe.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Paul,

Thanks for taking the time to review Blink, we really value the feedback!

It's great to hear that the platform has helped you connected with de-centralized teams.

Please do feel free to direct employees to our support team in-app if there's any active assistance we can provide helping enable your employees to use the app.

Kind regards,

 ### 20. Intuitive and Effective Communication Hub

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth H. | Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) & Wellbeing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I think Blink is really intuitive and straightforward to use. I really like the recognition side of it, which I find valuable. The hub for knowledge is great because it has all the knowledge, files, and articles in one place. It's very simple to use and accessible. The initial setup was also straightforward with great support from the Blink team.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I think the survey functionality can be improved. I think that's probably it.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink for connecting people, updating business information, recognizing achievements, and sharing stories, keeping everyone informed and engaged.

 ### 21. Straightforward Mobile-First App That Keeps Staff Engaged

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott G. | Digital Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink is straightforward to use and easy to access for staff who aren’t desk-based. Its mobile-first approach fits well in a care environment, and the social-feed format helps encourage engagement with organisational updates.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Additional customisation or reporting options would also be beneficial.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access via mobile devices
Improved engagement with frontline teams
Better visibility of updates, policies, and announcements
Supports two‑way communication through comments and reactions

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Scott,

Thanks for leaving a review - it's great to get your feedback!

Pleased to hear that the mobile-first option is working for a care environment, and the social/ community style of the feed has helped from an engagement and operational perspective.

 ### 22. Intuitive Communication Platform for Hybrid Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy E. | Trustee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like how Blink's UX is really intuitive and familiar to non-technical staff, which makes it user-friendly for everyone. I also enjoy the in-platform chat and video call features. They just work like Slack channels, making it easy to drop files in the chat or go straight into a call from chat.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I wish chats didn’t expire every 6 months. It would also be good to have more video options, like adding subtitles to native video.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink helps communicate effectively with a hybrid workforce and creates a sense of community by allowing users to post their own work content.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Andy,

Thrilled to hear that Blink is helping you effectively communicate with a hybrid workforce and create a sense of community.

Also appreciate your feedback about the chat expiration and video options - I'll feed it back to our product team as enhancements continue to be built.

 ### 23. Transformative Internal Comms Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I appreciate Blink's news feed, which follows a common social media platform format making it easy to use. It has allowed us to bring several online platforms under one roof. We no longer need to use closed Facebook groups and can easily link to other online platforms. The initial setup of Blink was very easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

We sometimes have sync issues with SharePoint - sometimes this is user error but that error occurs because there is more than one way to upload content.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink provides an online document repository, enables peer support, and simplifies information sharing. Its social media-style news feed is easy to use and consolidates various online platforms, reducing the need for closed Facebook groups.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Kate,

Thanks so much for leaving a review of Blink - we really appreciate the feedback!

It's great to hear the platform has helped you to consolidate employee comms, and simplify the tech-landscape for frontline teams.

Thanks for the feedback on Sharepoint, I'll pass this on to our product team.

You can always contact support in-app for active assistance if needed in the future.

 ### 24. Work Facebook with Easy Setup, Group Polls Would Enhance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Incilay U. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like using Blink for work chats because it acts like a work Facebook. It keeps things personal and helps capture memories. The initial setup of Blink was easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Polls is a big one for us, helps involve people with decisions. We used to have that feature with a different platform where we can do polls in the group chats not just as a post.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink for work chats, it helps with communication and sharing pictures. I like it for keeping it personal and capturing memories, like a work Facebook.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Incilay,

Very happy to hear that you enjoy using Blink for work chats and find it personal and easy to use.

Also understand the importance of chat based polls, I'll feed that back to our product team to put into consideration for future improvements!

Best,
Tom

 ### 25. Blink was the perfect replacement for Workplace!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

The platform is quick to deploy, easy to use, and provides a great source for employee engagement.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

There is nothing about Blink that we do not like.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink served as a replacement when Workplace went away. It's allowing for regular employee engagement as well as the first place for new employees to look for the information they need.

 ### 27. I have been looking for this for a while

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany B. | Founder & Principal, Commercial Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Blink?**

It has 99% of all the features we needed and we have been able to roll this out extremely fast. We needed a good intranet system and all the extra features were an added bonus. I wasnt looking for something to replace slack but I think this might so I love having everything in one ecosystem

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

While I wasnt planning on replacing slack, I just needed an intranet. This could do exactly that. The only thing really holding us back is the fact that we need some sort of a notepad that can be shared in messages similar to slacks "canvas" so that live notes can be jotted down, goals for next meeting, etc. etc. I havent found a good work around for that yet and we use that feature a lot.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were mainly looking for an intranet. This does a lot more.

**Official Response from Georgie Scott:**

> Bethany! Thank you so much for your 5-star review! 🌟
And apologies for the MEGA delayed response.

It is honestly so lovely to hear Blink was something you’d been searching for and that you were able to roll it out so quickly. Helping teams launch fast, get the intranet they need, and then discover extra value beyond that, is exactly what we aim for. Having everything in one ecosystem (without forcing a like-for-like Slack replacement) is a big part of that.

You’ve also raised a really great point around shared, live notes in messages - particularly for meeting goals and ongoing collaboration. While Blink doesn’t yet offer a direct equivalent to Slack’s Canvas, there are a few ways teams approach this today (for example using shared posts, knowledge content, or pinned resources depending on the use case). Our Support team would be very happy to talk through possible workarounds with you - and feedback like this genuinely helps shape what we build next. 🤓

If you’d like to explore options or chat about anything on your platform, you can reach the team at support@joinblink.com - they’re always keen to help.

Thanks again for the recommendation and for sharing such considered feedback. Its means a lot. 💚

 ### 28. Superb for Reaching Frontline Colleagues Fast with Reliable Two-Way Discussion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Superb at reaching frontline colleagues at pace, consistently and reliably - while facilitating two way discussion.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

It can be a lot for colleagues who aren't used to 'social media' type platforms. Cutting through to specific things they do want to see, or more specifically cutting out things they don't, isn't straightforward - and that disengages people.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frontline engagement and leadership visibility.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Thanks for leaving a review of Blink! We really appreciate your feedback, and it's fantastic to hear that the platform has reliable improved communications for the business. You've hit on a key point when it comes to generating optimal engagement - cutting through the noise is essential. Blink averages 90% and above for adoption across our customers, and we're proud of it. If you'd like help getting through to those hardest to reach colleagues, please do reach out to our support team in-app or email me directly tom.s@joinblink.com.

 ### 29. User-Friendly with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Chief Operating Officer, Wholesale, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I find Blink to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, making the software intuitive for both newcomers and regular users without the need for extensive training. Additionally, the initial setup process was straightforward, allowing me to quickly get started with my project. The support team at Blink is excellent, providing prompt and efficient responses to my questions and issues, which greatly enhances my user experience and confidence in the product. Overall, I am very satisfied with Blink, as evidenced by my strong recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I was unable to create and configure Events and assign to specific Groups.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink for configuring work projects, and it simplifies event creation and group assignments, which I previously struggled with. It is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and the support is quick and efficient.

**Official Response from Georgie Scott:**

> Hi John, thank you so much for your 5-star review! 🌟

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akseli M. | Board member, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Mobile app that enables platform to connect people you work with.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Still some areas that need development and improvements to match best practises in app world

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supports chat, posts and connecting people in same app. Sharing both static information and collaboration, user based content sharing

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Hi Akseli,

Thanks for leaving a review of Blink - we really appreciate the feedback.

Best,

 ### 31. Easy to Use with Strong Features, but Integration Still a Work in Progress

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Easy to use, good features, good admin back end and help from Blink. Good for internal communications and boosting morale.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

It's not fully integrated with our other systems and some of our staff won't access on their own phone (not an issue from Blink, but a culture one)

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal comms, good news stories, sharing key messages and updates

**Official Response from Ben Webber:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Blink's ease of use. It's great to hear that Blink is helping with internal communications and sharing key messages and updates.

We appreciate your feedback on the integration challenges, and we're committed to addressing this issue to provide a seamless experience for your colleagues. It would be great to hear which systems you are looking to integrate with - feel free to contact our support team at support@joinblink.com to discuss how we can integrate with some of your key systems.

It is also interesting to hear that you have experienced reluctance from staff to use their personal phone to access Blink. To address this issue, I would recommend that you explore the option of kiosk mode, which allows users to securely access the platform on a shared corporate device without using their personal device. Here are two helpdesk articles with more information on kiosk mode and how to set it up for your corporate devices:

 ### 32. Great features that are always improving, still growing as an intranet

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Working with the Blink team has been a strong experience and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The platform supports the frontline well, and I appreciate that Blink listens to feedback and keeps improving. Overall, Blink feels like a real disruptor in internal comms and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with the team to innovate.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

The platform still has a way to go before it can really be considered an intranet. Right now, it feels like it only offers the basic features.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

90% of our workforce is frontline, so Blink is a mobile-first, all-in-one app that can be used on the go

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Thanks for leaving a review of Blink.

It's fantastic to hear that your experience has been a good one overall, and you value our growing position as a disruptor in the internal comms space.

We very much look forward to collaborating further as your organisation and the Blink platform continues to develop into the intranet space and beyond!

 ### 34. Blink Makes It Easy for Young Teams to Engage and Stay Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Our employee base is young, and an app like Blink makes it easy for the team to engage and stay connected.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I would appreciate having monthly subscription billing available as a payment option.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with our team is fast and easy. I really like being able to use different channels to make sure important information gets into the right hands at the right time.

**Official Response from Tom Scamell:**

> Thanks so much for leaving a review of Blink! It's great to hear that the app has been engaging for the younger-demographic at work.

You can switch to monthly billing if preferred - more info on Blink's billing options can be found in our help-desk here: https://helpdesk.joinblink.com/en/articles/8017632-billing-faqs

 ### 35. Good company portal application

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like the way it provides visibility of my tasks, and of company news, and how it provides access to key company documents (e.g. standards, forms) and department information pages.
There's a pretty good chat feature, too, for contacting colleagues.

I have it permanently running and use it often.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

No real gripes from me. Does what was promised and that provides plenty of value.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The chief benefit to me is the access to wider company news that the company didn't, prior to Blink, have a good way to communicate to the whole company. It has a full-feature mobile app which allows access to everything when away from the desk, and this has proven extremely useful. For example, because Blink provides access to our absence management form, users can easily, and from anywhere, inform managers of their absence and reasons.

**Official Response from Georgie Scott:**

> Thank you so much for your review! 🌟

It’s great to hear how Blink is helping you stay on top of your tasks, company news, and key documents - and that it’s become something you keep open and use regularly. That’s exactly the kind of day-to-day value we aim to deliver!

We’re especially pleased to hear how useful the mobile app has been for staying connected when you’re away from your desk, whether that’s accessing company updates or quickly submitting things like absence forms. Making it easy for employees to get what they need, wherever they are, is a big part of what Blink is all about.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience - we really appreciate it and look forward to continuing to support you and your team! 💚

 ### 36. Great Communication Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Direct chatting to coworkers! I also like that it is easy to share things with a large group of people. And it’s very fast and easier to get a hold of coworkers who might be on the phone.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I least like that sometimes things are hard to search for that were posted on the main hub some time ago.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink allows the users to communicate quickly or provider answers to questions if another coworker is on the phone line, thus allowing the coworker to multitask.

**Official Response from Jane:**

> Jessica, thank you so much for your 5-star review! 🌟
We're thrilled to hear that Blink is making a positive impact.

 ### 37. Work Facebook & Instagram - Love It!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah M. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I love that we have managed to begin to move all our work WatsApp groups away from our personal chat space. Blink has allowed us to compartmentalise work on an app. It has been great to be able to be away from the business and not feel guilty about not replying to WatsApp messages.

I LOVE the social aspect to this, the feed makes it look like a FB/Insta feed and it is all so positive! It makes you so proud to work for the company I do, see what is going on across multiple departments and multiple venues. It is also great to see & hear from people that I may not have necessarily heard from before and to see them so engaged and proud of working for Signature.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

It would be great if we could send multiple images in one go in group chats.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compartmentalizing work chats away from social. This allows me more 'me' time when I am not officially working, meaning I am switching off.

Blink has opened up communication throughought the group and I can now see what different departments, venues are working on and you can see how proud people are to work for Signature.

**Official Response from Ines Ferreira:**

> Hannah, thank you so much for your 5-star review! 🌟

We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the social feed! It’s inspiring to see teams engaging positively and sharing pride in their work. Blink is all about helping colleagues connect and stay informed, even across different locations.

Thank you also for your suggestion about sending multiple images in group chats. We’re always looking to improve, and feedback like yours helps us focus on what matters most. We’ll share this with our product team as we explore future updates.

We look forward to continuing this journey with you!

**What do you like best about Blink?**

We have been able to utilize many unique features of Blink that make it a wonderful tool for time tracking and scheduling our tasks. Some examples of these features are a reporting app, a mobile attendance survey, personalized push notifications, and a work calendar. The mobile app keeps everyone up to date with the latest news, direct messages, and company announcements. One of the strengths is the way it streamlines and consolidates communication, which has allowed us to improve team engagement and foster better alignment between different departments. Teamwork is top notch; I can chat or message any colleague, email any file with drag-and-drop functionality, and the best part is how well it integrates with other applications and programs.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

It's a fantastic tool, no doubt about it, but I wish the notifications were more customizable. If not configured correctly, notifications can be quite distracting.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Blink, we can quickly implement workflows, track employee assignments, and communicate across the company. It has allowed us to streamline our people management processes, from scheduling and onboarding to monitoring and viewing performance metrics across multiple departments. Our internal communication has improved, and as a result, our employees have developed a greater sense of community. We are now more organized and productive than ever before, thanks to fewer miscommunications and the elimination of multiple messaging channels. Everyone, even those working remotely or in the field, can now easily and quickly access the flow of information. We are truly amazed at the scalability of Blink.

**Official Response from Ines Ferreira:**

> Brandon, thank you so much for your 5-star review! 🌟

We're thrilled to hear that you are finding Blink to be a wonderful tool for time tracking and scheduling tasks. The features you mentioned, such as the reporting app, mobile attendance survey, personalized push notifications, and work calendar, are designed to streamline communication and improve teamwork. We appreciate your feedback about the notifications, and we will take it into consideration for future updates.

We look forward to continuing this journey with you!

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I love how we can connect and get to see other sites and how they are working. As well as we get alot of ideas

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Nothing so far love it !nothing needs to change

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing what other stores are doing and getting ideas

**Official Response from Ines Ferreira:**

> Hello Lisa,

Thanks so much for your kind words!

We're thrilled to hear that Blink is helping you connect across sites and spark new ideas. That’s exactly what we’re here for!

 ### 40. Blink is great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink has allowed for internal communications to be transformed, particularly for front-line workers who have struggled with accessing important information quickly, and feeling connected to the rest of the business. Communication across a multi-site business is challenging, but Blink has allowed for this to be overcome in a user-friendly, fun and engaging way. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve communication within their business.
Implementation was easy, well supported and the ongoing support from Blink has been fantastic too.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

We have had some reluctance from colleagues not wanting to enage in a 'social media' app. Very much our problem and not Blink!

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink allows for communication (vertical and horizontal) to be significantly improved in a fun, friendly and instant way. It allows for all colleagues to connect and engage with each other, which without this platform could not happen.

**Official Response from Ines Ferreira:**

> Thank you for your wonderful feedback!

We’re thrilled to hear how Blink has transformed internal communications for your frontline workers and made connecting across multiple sites easier and more engaging. It’s great to know the implementation and ongoing support have met your expectations as well!

 ### 41. Blink and you'll miss it!😏

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe F. | Allocation Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Its a good social tool for a bus garage to use as a whole, to pass on useful and important information as a group, to all the staff.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

The little magnifying glass to look at hours, times out too quickly when im looking at driving duties.
There is no function to print my payslips.
The email heading when I recieve requests from drivers is too long....I just want their name ,and employee I.d. so to help with dealing with so many requests.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a support email address that has been useful to get started with the product.

**Official Response from Ines Ferreira:**

> Joe, thank you so much for your 5-star review! 🌟

We're glad to hear that Blink is serving as a useful social tool for your bus garage, and we're pleased to know that the support email address has been helpful in getting you started with the product. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it’s incredibly valuable in helping us continually update and improve Blink.

We look forward to continuing this journey with you!

 ### 42. I've found Blink invaluable in being able to communicate with colleagues that I rarely see.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruth R. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like that there are multiple ways to reach people and its akin to other social media platforms. The messaging function is so useful.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I don't like that you can't search for previous messages in chats and there isn't an archive of files/photos sent. If there could be a function that does this, similar to whatsapp, it would be brilliant.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to reach our colleagues in other units directly without relying on busy managers to relay messages to their teams.

**Official Response from Ines Ferreira:**

> Thank you for your 5-star review, Ruth 🌟

We’re thrilled to hear that Blink’s messaging features and social-media-like functionality are helping you connect with colleagues directly and efficiently.
You can find an archive of files and photos sent in each chat by clicking the information button in the top-right corner, then selecting "Media/Docs."

Thank you for being part of our journey, and we’re excited to deliver even more great things in the future.

 ### 43. Great communication tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig C. | Store Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

That it is a one stop shop for communication to engage with colleagues and update them what's happening in their organisation. This improves culture and employee engagement.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I least like the chat function, maybe try and make it more like WhatsApp it could improve the user experience

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improves communication in our store

**Official Response from Ines Ferreira:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with Blink, Craig!

We’re thrilled to hear that our platform has helped centralize communication, strengthening your culture and employee engagement.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about the chat function - we're continually working to enhance Blink’s features, and suggestions like yours help guide our improvements.

Thank you again for taking the time to review Blink!

 ### 44. Blink has changed the way we communicate in the workplace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul K. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink is so easy to use, similar to whatsapp for messaging and socialo media platforms for the feed elemant. It's made communication with our venue teams straightforward and helped us work more collaboratively.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Updating staff details - it doesn't auto synchronise with our HR platform

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Blink has solved is easier commnication with and between venue teams. We were relying on whatsapp before which intrudes on people's private lives.

**Official Response from Ines Ferreira:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Paul!

We're glad to hear you’re enjoying Blink. We noticed you had some difficulties with auto-syncing to your HR platform, and we’d love to learn more about which software you’re using to see how we can further support you. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@joinblink.com, and our team will be happy to assist.

Thanks again for being part of the Blink community!

 ### 45. Blink is our hero!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daisy T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Our frontline absolutely love being able to post out things themselves, and they feel part of the community of colleagues. We had a slight manager / frontline divide before Blink - but now it's helped everyone feel involved and equal. We also love the Hub as it allows people to be self sufficiant! The customer support is absoluetly excellent!

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Some of our staff are older and 'don't use mobile phones or apps' so this is the only real issue we've had -which is more of an issue on our side - we love Blink!

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to use the Hub to cut out the long process of having to book time with a manager to sit and access things like files, policies, application forms, etc. It's allowed our teams to be more self sufficiant! It's also solving the issue that we had of people not feeling involved in things.

For example we have night workers and weekend workers who may not be involved with team meetings etc. Or some people work outside in areas where they don't have eay access to our communication noiceboards.

**Official Response from Jane:**

> Daisy, thank you so much for your 5-star review! 🌟
We're thrilled to hear that Blink is making a positive impact.

 ### 46. Always connected to my team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Judi M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I love that I can keep intouch and be there for my team no matter what. I have a flexible position and I can be out and about and still answer questions for my team. I am able to have group and individual chats. I am able to share those chats with other members of the team. I use this application EVERYDAY ALL DAY!!! Customer support is quick to help and and take care of any concerns or issues we have. The website and the app are so easy to use. We are able to have a team social media type platform as well and 1:1 chats.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

There is not much of anything I don't like. I guess it is difficult to find my archived chats. I wish it was easier to find.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not aware of anything they are currently solving. I am only wishing they would make archives easier to find.

**Official Response from Jane:**

 ### 47. Blink: Boosting Employee Engagement Across a Mobile Workforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura P. | Campaign Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

We love that Blink tackles our past challenges of inconsistent messaging and low engagement, especially with our remote and frontline workforce. Its functionality across desktop and mobile apps allows staff to easily access company messages, connect with colleagues, and utilise systems on-the-go. This fosters a two-way communication flow between managers, teams, and the entire business, boosting teamwork and knowledge sharing. Employees actively use the system to post, engage with each other, and build a more collaborative work environment – that's what makes it a game-changer for engagement.

Since its launch in July 2023, Blink has achieved 100% registration among ODS employees, substantially improving communication and engagement across the organisation!

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

No system is perfect, and occasionally Blink may experience minor glitches. However, the support team is really responsive, and is always on top of things and resolves any bugs quickly. Their helpfulness ensures a smooth user experience.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink helps us to foster a more inclusive communication culture. Employees can now easily share ideas, updates, and achievements with the broader organisation. This two-way communication. Additionally, the system allows for peer-to-peer recognition, further strengthening engagement.

**Official Response from Jane:**

> Laura, thank you so much for your 5-star review! 🌟

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink has been a game changer for our organization. The timeliness of employee communication has increased dramatically, allowing us to exchange crucial information with our team in real time. As an Emergency Medical Services provider, all branches of our organizational need be in constant communication. Since implementing BLINK, we have benefitted from a dramatic culture change. Where the everyday habit of society is utilizing phones, BLINK is the perfect complement for communications. We have found that this tool breaks down barriers for staff which allows them easy access to forms, schedules, protocols and other necessary information and brings it literally right to their fingertips. This greatly assists in our business operations. As well, the ease of our information being presented in a familiar yet professional way allows our team to quickly respond and engage in conversations whether those are of an employee engagement nature, a more serious subject and all those in-between. BLINK was also a cost savings from our former platform which allowed us to reallocate the savings to other projects and initiatives. BLINK is much more than meets the eye. So BLINK…and don’t miss it!

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

We do not see and downsides of this app.

 ### 49. Excellent platform for businesses to keep in touch with their staff

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

It's easy to use, ability to time when posts are up for reading, create groups for chat, able to turn comments off is a big bonus. I use the Blink many times throughout the day and like the fact that we can upload files onto the Hub that are relevant, this integrating is a fantastic addition as our staff can see what they need to. setting up Blink on phones and computers is easy and users are connected instantly.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

No moderating, certain drivers like to post stuff they should not be, there is nobody to moderate a post before it is displayed. This could be a function only required for the few who do indeed breach our Social Media Policy.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our workforce is predominantly drivers and therefore out on the road most of the time, this gives us the ability to reach all of them at any time of the day and keep them informed of any issues / diversions etc.

 ### 50. It's not just a communications tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna K. | HR Business Partner (Group Projects), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Ability to access key company systems/platforms on the go wherever you are; kept up to date with the latest company news and information relevant to me. Great customer service, any challenges are resolved within a timely manner. Constantly developing product where new features are introduced due to regular feedback from BLINK's customers.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

There is nothing not to like about this product

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large population of our staff based on site with limited or no access to a laptop/pc. They can access key systems on the go, and keep up to date with latest communications. In particular, anything that is critical with regards to Health & Safety matters/any training that is obligatory. Site based staff can now access our employee enagement survey on their phones. There is a reduction in email communication; BLINK App enabled us to move away from lengthy memos to a short and concise messages which are reaching more employees.
