What do you like best about Simpplr?

As a new employee at my company, the Simpplr tool has been extremely helpful in my onboarding process! The platform has helped me learn more about my company, my colleagues, and the company’s organizational chart. I love how all-important company updates lives in one place, and I can easily search for any information I need. What do you like best about Simpplr?

The upside of using simpplr is that all your notifications can be found under one spot. They highlight what the notification is and for what post. The reason I enjoy using Simpplr is because it helps me stay connected to my team and allow me to share articles and information to a larger group at one time. What do you dislike about Simpplr?

What do you like best about Simpplr?

I enjoy using simpplr because it allows me to see what my colleagues are like even though we live so far away from each other. It also allows me to see a different side of them other than work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simpplr?

The most helpful element of the Simpplr Platform is the Okta SSO, Office365 and Slack integrations, which allow employees quick access to the tool and accessibility to the content they care about. Employees can also engage in the published content from Simpplr through downstream applications such as Slack. We think of Simpplr as the Grand Central Station for access to all our company information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simpplr?

I think the Simpplr platform would benefit from having more capabilities in terms of Enterprise Search. Being the single source where employees can get answers to their questions on any internal company information from other SaaS applications such as Workday or webhooks from any knowledge base would increase search usage overall. What do you like best about Simpplr?

The experience with Simpplr has been positive from the start and I would highly recommend them: they have a dedicated team to help with launching intranets, an account management team, and a support team that is always there to assist you swiftly. What do you dislike about Simpplr?

I would say very few things: the fact that it operates on Salesforce makes it a robust tool, but at the same time, it makes it dependent on Salesforce and its terms and conditions. They are rigid when it comes to licensing: You can add licenses anytime, but cannot remove licenses except once a year before contract renewal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simpplr?

I enjoy the intuitive design that the tool provides for the end user team. Simplrr's consistent search for feedback from their customers is greatly appreciated. I feel that the feedback is listened to as I see new features constantly being added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simpplr?

The main feature that is missing at the moment is an internal chat tool. I understand that Teams and Slack can be connected, but a native chat tool would be a huge feature for my organization's usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love that it's easy to use and it's easy to create content on the platform. Simpplr makes it easy to distribute organizational news and updates . We also love using Simpplr for our executive posts and mission stories. Simpplr is our one-stop-shop for employee news. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simpplr?

We would like to see more flexibility in terms of customizing the Slack integration feature. The way that it shows right now is that it shows as coming from "Simmplr" rather than the name or logo of our intranet. We don't use this integration because it will confuse our team members.
