Minimal effort to learn to use, virtually plug and play. People directory is extremely useful for sales. Posting content is super easy. **What do you dislike about Simpplr?** I would like posting of videos from mobile devices process to be improved. **What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves several problems in a high growth environment. Specifically for sales, it increased productivity and collaboration amongst my peers. Simpplr definitely drove engagement within the sales organization allowing us to focus on daily tasks efficiently. ### 2. Users of all levels can create and update content. **What do you dislike about Simpplr?** Ability to customise some features. One example is we would like to add additional fields to Documents fr tracking and qa purposes, can not be done like that of Salesforce objects **What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a tool for internal communication, social interaction and displaying and broadcasting company policies. Simpplr fits the bill here ### 3. Easy to find stuff from lunch menus to HR forms. Easy to locate people in other departments. Easy to see what's going on in other offices. Easy to post content. **What do you dislike about Simpplr?** I wish we better utilized the Box/Simpplr integration. It would be great to search all of our Box content through this search as well. I know the integration exists and we haven't implemented. **What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's nice to have a place where people can go to connect with coworkers they don't know very well. It makes it easier to approach coworkers when I know a little bit more about them - both at personal level and within work. ### 4. The ability to have distinct interest groups and have employees collaborate and share information. Someone non-technical can setup an entire communications portal in as short as a few hours. **What do you dislike about Simpplr?** Adoption. As great as Simpplr is, it takes a bit of effort in gaining adoption. However, that is not the fault of the product. People are used to what they're used to. It hard to leave email behind! **Recommendations to others considering Simpplr:** Great product to consider if you have Salesforce, and all of your users are on Salesforce. **What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee communication. Social collaboration amongst groups. Social intranet. ### 5. The search works great. And it seems to do a good job keeping information relevant and up-to-date. Previous intranets always got stale. I also like that it integrates with Salesforce--it's easier to get adoption. **What do you dislike about Simpplr?** I'm looking forward to the updated branded mobile app that is coming out shortly. **What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a good place to streamline all of our company communications (i.e. executive updates, HR benefits, etc.). And I get a better sense of what's going on in some of our other offices. ### 6. As a customer it is important to feel like you have a voice when it comes to the product, and the Simpplr team definitely is receptive to feedback. This is evident by the long list of release notes with each new release. **What do you dislike about Simpplr?** I can't pinpoint it, but the look and feel definitely has a legacy feel to it. It doesn't seem as modern as most applications. **Recommendations to others considering Simpplr:** Simpplr is really easy to use as a user, and as an admin. If you're looking to adopt an effective intranet solution, Simpplr can accommodate rather quickly. **What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication. As a rapidly growing company, its important for new and existing employees to be aware of processes and policies. Intuitive to use and accessible by all employees. It makes employee communication easy, having a single landing page with a chronological feed. It allows posts to be highlighted at top so can't miss important posts. Has the ability to reply and "Like" comments allowing for engagement across all employees. Has Portals so employer can provide easy and accessible landing pages to access documents. Sends weekly round up emails to highlight the weeks posts and allows all employees to stay informed. Has the option to follow employees so you can stay connected with those that you are most interested in. Easy to connect with colleagues. **What do you dislike about Simpplr?** It requires buy in from the employees. Not everyone consistently checks or posts to it. This tool requires full engagement from employees. It results in only a select few employees consistently using. Need to find ways to encourage more interaction. The line between social and work is blurred with this tool. Not always sure what content is appropriate. **Recommendations to others considering Simpplr:** This is a great, initiative to use social network for employees. A single landing page allows for easy and intuitive communication across all employees. **What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?** A single communication hub for all non urgent news. No longer does the company have to blast office wide employees about every announcement. This allows not as urgent announcements to be seen across the company, and Likes and Comments allow for easy engagement by all employees. ### 11. We went from zero to full implementation in one month. If you already use Salesforce, it is very easy to support and learn. **What do you dislike about Simpplr?** Due to the fact that it is so easy to use, it isn't as customizable as other Intranet options. **What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to consolidate our on-boarding processes and create a single place to hold all of our important policies. ## Simpplr Discussions -
